Kipri beach house is a modern two floor house and can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The house is ideal for families with children or group of friends, who are looking for a cosy place to explore the beauties of Andros.
It has 4 bedrooms (airconditioned), 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all electric and electrical devices (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven), one spacious living room with a smart TV and a balcony with great sea view.
The house offers also private parking spaces and beach equipment.
In the first floor where the main entrance of the house is, you can find the one master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room and an open space kitchen.
In the ground floor you have two bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a bedroom with four single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a small living room (in the 4 bedroom) with a cough, a small fridge and direct access to the beach (20 meters away).
The ground floor’s bedroom with its 4 single beds can also be used as a play room, as the guests can find books and toys for young children. A baby cot and children’s cutlery are also provided upon request.
