Our mountain home is a very comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bath house situated on a 1.36 acre tree filled, hillside lot, which means privacy, peace and quiet while remaining close to all of the attractions and activities. The Ski Lift is a quick 7 min (2.5 miles) drive down the road. The Angel Fire Country Club for golf, tennis, sled hill and Nordic Track is an easy 2 min walk (.4 miles)
****Please note a 4WD vehicle (or chains) is mandatory to access the property in winter - better safe than sorry! Casa Blue Sky offers one complimentary plowing on the day of arrival if there is a significant snow accumulation on driveway. Your onsite contact Kathy can arrange additional plowings if needed at guest expense.

Our house is very well-appointed and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to enjoy your mountain vacation in beautiful Angel Fire. Casa Blue Sky is a single story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house with an accommodating layout. The house is kept very clean and updated. This is our vacation home and hope you will love it, and care for it, as much as we do. Having spent a career in the Hospitality Industry, our aim as hosts is to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We would love our guests to return year after year and make Casa Blue Sky their regular mountain vacation spot. We are extremely open to all feedback and will respond promptly and positively to any opportunities. We truly value our guests!

Outside
The house offers majestic views from the large front deck. Over the tops of Ponderosa Pines that surround the property you will have a perfect view of Wheeler Peak, the highest point in New Mexico. Sunrise and Sunset from the deck (as well as the living room and master bedroom) are truly awe inspiring and is from which Angel Fire got its name. There are Adirondack chairs for taking in the views and a dining table for outside meals in the warmer months. The back yard is equally enjoyable with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a bench swing for relaxing. The back patio has a 5-burner gas grill for preparing delicious and hardy meals for the whole group.
Sleeping Arrangements
The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious King-sized bed, writing desk and plenty of storage. The room has a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower. The room has a great view of Wheeler Peak and a sliding glass door which opens to the front deck. The black out shades provide plenty of privacy and light blockage for peaceful sleep. The room has a 45â smart tv.
Bedroom 2 has a new queen size bed with memory phone mattress.
Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds and perfect for younger guests in the group.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower.
Living area, Kitchen and Media Room
Upon entering the front door, you will notice the open layout of the living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is comfy and cozy with room for the whole group. Kick back on the full sized electric reclining media couch and chair or sink into the oversized reading chair. The room has a 45â smart tv and a wood burning fireplace to enhance the experience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware (everything you need), a 4-burner gas range with griddle accessory, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, crock pot and blender are just some of the other kitchen amenities available for use. In the utility closet you will find a full-sized washer and dryer. The dining area is cozy but offers plenty of room for everyone between the breakfast table and the kitchen bar top.
Off of the Living room you will find the game/media room which can be closed off by a heavy barn style door. The room is perfect for watching your favorite movies on the 65â smart tv, playing games on the XBox, or choosing fun things from the board game and puzzle cabinet. Itâs a great place for the kids to escape from the boring grownups!
