Great Location

This is a great property to enjoying skiing in Angel Fire! As a family of 5: Meatloaf, Pizza Queen and 3 boys from 8-16 years old this condo is perfect! Located in a complex of 6, many times we felt as the only ones there-very nice! We have stayed at a different condo at this location before and we find this one better suited to us with the additional beds. The management company has located to a shopping center in town and is more convenient than they used to be. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their home and the management company!

Great vacation

Overall we had a very good experience. The condo was nice, well stocked & laid out well, too. It seemed well built. Beds were comfortable-kitchen was large & the whole house had what we expected to find or more. Everything was in good working order! It was very accurately represented by the pictures & we had a great time. The WiFi worked well & the Dish Network & DVD players were a nice addition as well. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness, in all fairness, I like things clean. We have 2 small children & I am used to wiping down things to sanitize upon arrival. That doesn’t bother me. However, the floor & rugs were not clean by any of our standards- even my husband who has much lower standards. Lol. That was the only area I was “disappointed” with. I know this is not the owners fault, but I have to mention it all the same. We had a small maintenance problem, but when we called, they sent someone in a very timely manner. He was very kind & prompt. The back door lock/handle assembly needs to be replaced, it was tricky, but that’s a small thing. YES- We would recommend this property - the only issue I had was the cleanliness of the floors, especially the bathroom floors.

Great quick trip - close to everything

First time to Angel Fire. Location of this condo was really good - right close to mountain shuttle (about a 4 min shuttle line ride to main chair lift). Condo was great - very clean and comfortable. Property management company was superb and very attentive to our late check-our request. Would stay here again.

New Years Snow skiing

Well maintained, easy check in and out. Property was well equipped and great for families. No big disruptions. Great access to slopes. Made path out back to black lot and caught bus each day with our 4 kids. Only thing was last few days noticed that noise from other tenants seemed to bleed through the walls more than previous days but not terrible.

Wonderful, huge back porch!

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo. The porch was out favorite spot, even in the snow! We were so surprised to find sleds in the laundry closet, and shill right next to the condo. It was perfect! I do wish there more kid-appropriate videos and family games, considering we were stuck inside for a day from the blizzard. Beds were comfy, plenty of seating in the family room, kitchen had an abondance of cookware and spices, loved the available tea! There are a total of 12 steps to access this unit, which didn’t bother us, except they were icy in the mornings. We did miss not having a hot tub available. But overall, our trip was wonderful, and would definitely look into staying here again.
