Welcome to the Peak Condo @ the Wheeler Peak Lodge. This luxury, one-bedroom (loft) and two-full-bathroom condominium is the perfect getaway. The Peak is named for its position where it sits up high in the middle of the Wheeler Peak Lodge with a great wall of windows boasting spectacular views of the Wheeler Peak Mountain range. The open-concept living room features a beautiful rock-wall gas fireplace with a smart streaming TV mounted above. It also has extra sleeping with two queen sleeper sofas. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the necessities to cook your favorite meals. The dining room table can seat up to four, and the kitchen bar has seating for three more. Walk out onto the large deck that spans from the living room across to the kitchen to take in the great views. Enjoy the convenience of the in-unit stackable washer/dryer. There is also a full bathroom located off the kitchen area. The master bedroom is upstairs in a spacious loft and has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The scenic vista from The Peak will take your breath away! Please note, that this home is located on the second floor and requires stairs to reach the front entrance.

This condo is really nice. The views off the back patio are what did it for me. When I woke up each morning to roll over and see the mountains was amazing. There were just 2 of us staying here this visit. The open loft floor plan may be difficult for larger parties with less privacy available. There was a clanking in the vent that kept us up the first night but my husband was able to fix it and we slept better the rest of the nights. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Property was just as pictured. Close to everything we needed. Room was clean. Check in and out were a breeze. Every thing you needed was provided. View was amazing. Will stay here again.

Great views of mountains and wildlife

The place was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching wildlife as well as the sunsets. We were treated the last night when a herd of elk came through. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location & Spotless.

We loved this location. Just off the beaten path enough to not be traffic, but close to everything. Very clean unit. Only wish the outside lights, that are on a timer, would go off before 10 PM. The light shines into the beautiful Windows into the upper loft.

We had everything we needed. We would stay at this property again. I wish is was big enough for one additional bedroom/bed. Other than that. If fulfilled our needs for 2 adults and 2 young kids 6&8.

Great condo for Spring Break ski trip

The condo is really nice. Checkin / out was easy. Showers great, plenty of space for parking. Short drive (2-3 min) to slopes. Kitchen supplies adequate for our stay. Snowed while we were there and snow plows had street and parking lot cleared well before we woke. King size bed in loft was very comfortable. Used all 3 of the pullout sofa sleepers for our boys. Thankfully we brought blankets / sleeping bags for car ride because there was only 1 comforter for the 3 pullout. Plenty of pillows for all. 360 degree photo shown on VRBO was a different condo. Most likely one of the other two next door.

Perfect Angel Fire location

The pictures don’t don’t do this property justice. It’s better in person and is a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped for the basic meals we prepared. The view from the deck is fantastic and can be viewed from almost anywhere in the condo. The property manager office is in the same building and they were very responsive and accessible. Ski rental is also in the building which is super convenient. Close enough to Angel Fire Resort you could come back for lunch or a break but I wouldn’t recommend walking with ski equipment. Less than 5 min drive.
