During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
The overall feel of this condo was so very dated and second hand store/garage sale vibes. Furniture was dirty, torn, and so dated. The carpets were bad enough that I didnât let my grandkids go without shoes on. The bed spreads were piling and looked 50 years old. We paid over 5k for 4 nights so I expected way more from this condo. The stairs were very dangerous for kids, my grandson and my 36 year old son both fell over the week. The curtains in the living room were off the hooks and torn. The master bath and kitchen had been remodeled recently thankfully so they didnât seem so dated. The kitchen had all the appliances and things needed, however, most properties have Keurig or other coffee maker. The coffee maker was not good, very cheap and small so that was disappointing. The bed was comfortable but bed coverings were not. They had plenty of other covers but you could tell they werenât washed and a few had urine stains.
We enjoyed our stay at angel fire commons c8. The location was great and the town house was great! Kitchen was well stocked! Only negatives were the mattresses are truly terrible.. which we had read in a review but hoped it had been remedied. The washer did leak but the property manager sent out maintenance quickly! A new couch would help as well as this one was pretty worn and ratty!
The property manager was 10 stars in terms of communication and getting us checked in. The check in process was seamless. Loved the two-car garage and the unit itself was in great shape. The whole family loved our stay.
Overall it was a great stay- the place was very clean and had everything you need to relax and have fun. I would update the listing saying itâs on the 3rd level with stairs to climb, we werenât aware of that. Also, the mattress need to be updated. Access to lift was an uphill around the block walk/ but the bus pickup is right outside the condo. We had a party of 7 and it was pretty tight so sleeping 12 would be really cramped in the condo. Make sure you bring dry groceries with you - the grocery store is kinda expensive but has everything. Thank you for a fun stay!
The condo worked perfectly for our group of 10. We were visiting the bike park, and the condo has super easy access to ride or walk over to the lift. Kitchen had everything we needed, and property managers were great and easy to talk to.
Not the same as the picture I seen didnât know it was 3 story
The picture was a building with 4 doors. Did not show that it was 3 story tall. Iâm not a fan of 3 level my family make a lot of noise and this make other people below you mad if there is to much noise above. Picture should represent what you are actually paying for.
Great location with a shuttle pick up right at the drive. Plenty of room for all 7 of us adults. Very helpful management team when needing extra keys and replacement coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay.
This condo is in an excellent location- very easy walk (without ski stuff) to lifts and town. Well stocked kitchen and great set up with bunk room upstairs! We loved the electric grill outside. Stairs very steep to get up to loft area. Beds not the most comfortable but not an issue for a short stay. Great communication and management! Wonderful weekend get away.
The pictures were misleading. The fees too high. The bed was not comfortable. The property managers communication style was harsh and not warm and welcoming. Other than that, it was a nice weekend.
Property was the perfect home base for some downhill shredding. Group of mountain biking enduro boys and a fisherman. Garage was great place to secure bikes. Opened windows for cool mountain air. Perfect weather.
Condo is set up well for adults traveling with teens and location is as expected. Everything inside looks tired and worn - desperately needs a refresh and new mattress for downstairs.
