On the 1st floor: a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed (140x90) with a bathroom comprising a bathtub + toilet.

On the 2nd floor: a large bright bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.

Ground floor: a modern kitchen, a room with a washing machine and an independent toilet.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine).



Large dining table



Warm living room with TV and Wifi included.

5 minutes' walk from Angers train station, for easy and quick access to transport.

🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗
