The Avenue - Point Roadknight

Our beautifully appointed home is moments from the outstanding beaches of Anglesea and only 200m from the iconic Point Roadknight. It's simply a lovely home, set up well for two families with lots of space for all. A newly renovated kitchen makes cooking a dream and the leafy outlook onto a private deck and garden is very peaceful. The garage has been turned into a games room with a pool table, table tennis and darts so there is no excuse to be bored!


The interior is stylishly set and has two living areas with smart TVs, the master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs and has glimpses of the coastline. The remainder three bedrooms are downstairs. The main living area has a wood fired coonara (BYO wood please) that keeps the house cosy on those winter nights.

The deck is undercover and has a great sized outdoor table that can easily sit 10. Once you're home from the beach wash those sandy feet off under the outdoor shower.
