Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, historic, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the room. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I was able to get a massage while staying at the hotel and it was a comfortable and relaxing experience for a great price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

There were multiple bloodstains on the sheets, which were so dirty that I couldn’t even put my head on the pillows. The bathroom was so smelly most of the day that it smelled like fungus. The air conditioners didn’t work well either. To make matters worse, the internet connection, which is supposed to be a basic service of the hotel, only worked in the lobby. Every time I tried to use the internet in my room, they would tell me that it was working fine and wouldn’t change my room.

Lovely service by the vallet. Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. Adequate gym for leisure trip. A fun Scottish pub that we visited for dinner. Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the pub chips and garlic sour cream dipping sauce. A lovely spread on the 5th floor terrace for breakfast. Things that could've been better - no newspaper. Pool didn't open until 11am.... unable to visit before leaving. The AC was not very good at keeping up with the hot temperatures throughout the afternoon.

The property looked lovely on the pictures and to be fair it wasn't to bad but like alot of hotels standards are not kept up and was slightly shabby. My kettle didn't work but got replaced straight away. The pillows were lumpy. The cleaner didn't do a good job, lazy i would say, hardly made the bed. Didn't provide more water or coffee, had to ask reception for it. Breakfast was plentiful though with alot of choice.

A very clean hotel in a central location. The staff are extremely helpful and even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. The breakfast is plentiful, and the pub downstairs is a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.
