★ QUIET HOURS (Zero Tolerance Policy) ★
The City of Ann Arbor strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low during this time, both inside and outside the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Our neighbors are attentive and will report disturbances directly. One noise complaint will result in immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.

★HOST COMMUNICATION★
We respond to all guest inquiries during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. For true emergencies, we are reachable after hours, but please understand that outside of business hours our focus is on being present with our families.
We believe that in a world driven by constant connectivity, time with family is something worth protecting. Our commitment is to our families first and our guests second. If this does not align with your expectations, we completely understand and ask that you do not book a stay here.

★ 4PM CHECK-IN; 10AM CHECK-OUT ★
Our cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM and requires the full turnover window to properly prepare the home for the next guests. Unlike a hotel, this is a single large home with one dedicated cleaning team and no additional staff to work around schedule changes.
For this reason, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs under any circumstances. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, the only option is to book the additional night before or after your stay, subject to availability.
Guests who remain on the property past 10:00 AM will be charged the cost of an additional night plus a $50 fee for every 30 minutes beyond the scheduled check-out time.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We allow certain pets with an additional fee per night to help cover cleaning and any extra wear and tear.
Pets are not allowed on Furniture or in Beds,
Owners must clean up after their pets inside and outside the property.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★REVIEW HISTORY REQUIRED★
For short-term reservations (less than 4 nights) made within 7 days of the arrival date, we require guests to have at least one verified 5-star review with no negative review history. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Open kitchen, dining and living area was very nice for cooking meals and spending time with family. Easy walk to a great market and Co-op for groceries.

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures do not do the place justice. The deck area was perfect. It was raining on and off while we were there and the gazebo canopy was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. David was fantastic at responding when I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Fit

Would Recommend

Needed a place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor for a wedding and this was a wonderful place. Six of us went and we all had our own bedrooms, the house was spacious and clean. David was very responsive when I asked questions. Certainly would stay there again!

Great Ann Arbor home

Awesome location for an Ann Arbor stay. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Towels were plentiful and internet and cable viewing were great. Parking for many cars was a challenge, but workable and access to the garage for parking was a nice bonus given the inclement weather we experienced during our stay. We'd stay here again!

Multigenerational family trip to U-M

Parents and grandparent of U-M college student in Ann Arbor for a long weekend visit. We stayed at this home previously and will definitely stay again. It is clean and very well provided. The home is as it appears in the photos. The ping pong table is a hit with the college student!

Clean and comfortable

This house is just 4 minutes to the U 0f M hospital so my family was able to make it a base for visiting our brother in the ICU. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed. We parked 3 cars with room to spare. The listing doesn't say it is near the train so the noise was a slight factor but not terrible.

The property was clean, well supplied with towels, clean linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Deck area for relaxing, but needs to be washed or rinsed since the people before us were smokers. Cigarette ashes all over and butts, not conducive to walking barefoot. Nice size garage. Accomodations were 5 star.

Special weekend stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was courteous and communicated all that we needed to know to access the home and have a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed with linens, kitchen supplies and equipment, even games and gorgeous decor throughout I can highly recommend this venue without reservation. Clean, well located, parking - the works. The natural sunlight coming in every window made this a special weekend for an intimate group of our close friends and family. It just felt like home. I hope it doesn't get TOO busy - because we would definitely love to return. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful!!

We came to Ann Arbor with our teen kids. The home is decorated beautifully and comfortably. Fluffy pillows, fuzzy blankets, and hot cocoa pods for the Kurieg made our kids stay even happier! The master bedroom with a king bed and en suite was just perfect! We loved that the other three rooms had queen beds. The additional full bath had a very useful design. This home is as gorgeous as the photos. Having a choice between the one cup Kurieg or a 12 cup brew was truly appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated a good set of pans to cook in. Owners went above and beyond. We have family nearby so we would, and already have, recommend this Home Away to others,
