I didn’t have the opportunity to eat breakfast or anything, so I won’t rate that but the room itself was good. The bathroom was the star of the show. There was a bidet with a warming toilet seat, the shower had 3 different water spray angles, and there was a Bose speaker system in the mirror. Everything was top of the line. Check in and check out was super easy. The only thing I didn’t like is that you can hear housekeeping vacuum every morning. The walls are kind of thin other than that, I had a really great experience.

The hotel and room was incredibly clean and had nice amenities in the bathroom like a triple water source shower that was neat. I felt safe staying here by myself. The parking was very convenient and free overnight.

The room was very nice and the magic mirror and deluxe bidet and heated seat were a fun twist. Dinner was delicious- the prime rib did not disappoint. I did have some issues sleeping even with ear plugs due to the constant on-off of the heat and fan all night long which was not only loud be seemed to allow the room to get overly warm before the fan kicked back on. My biggest issue after the stay has been trying to get a receipt sent to me. I've called Reservations and tried the automated system on the Billing line with no luck. That's very frustrating when you need to submit this for reimbursement.

In general, the staff was ok. However, when we first checked in, attendant was a little curt in providing us our accommodations. Additionally, requested toilet paper from front desk when it wasn’t replaced. It was never sent to the room. I had to go down to retrieve from front desk. The room was clean. However… smaller than expected and discovered a major stain on the mattress. Parts of the wall was either peeling or bubbled. Walls had various stains. The rooms ad parts of the hotel need to be updated. Overall… okay experience but expected more for a 4 star hotel

Staff great. Love having the restaurant on site. Pool and hot tub really nice as were the Peloton bikes in fitness center. Would be great to have water in the room daily and some parts of rooms need updating. Starting to look a little dated.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Easy check in and out process. Favorite parts were the bathrooms with the Bluetooth mirrors, heated toilet seats, and bidet toilets. Stayed for work but would definitely come back and stay for leisure.

The amenities are always great. Hiking the prices during football season is not worth the value. Clearly the place was not busy so that is not effective. Restaurant hours not great
