Relax in this beautiful, bay view home! Bridgeview is the perfect vacation home for large family or multi-family getaways located on the charming northern end of Anna Maria Island. This beautiful home offers 4 bedrooms plus a bunk room and 5 full bathrooms which can accommodate up to 12 in beds. Wake up every morning with a cup of coffee to the sounds of the surf coming in, dolphin watching and enjoy the sunrise from your back patio or rooftop deck. You can take in the breathtaking views of the bay waters from the 2 decks in the back of the house, the Marina from the front deck and the island and ocean waters from your rooftop deck. Enjoy a swim in the private heated pool or relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach or an afternoon of shopping! A covered patio, outdoor grilling area, and entertainment space with TV are ready for your delight! Make sure you take advantage of the Ping-Pong and Foosball Table in the indoor game room just off the patio. No need to pack beach towels and chairs, they'll be here for you!

The kitchen has stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, a large island with seating for 4 and granite counter-tops throughout. The dining room has a beautiful table made for meals and entertaining as a family with seating for up to 10. Sunrise Escape offers 2 family rooms with TV's and seating to ensure everyone is comfortable! Each bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room has 2 sets of beds with an attached TV room and adjacent full bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with bed linens and towels.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Beautiful home. We understood the home did not have direct beach access but did not realize that the beach was on the other side of the island. The bay side, which is where this house is located, has no beach only rock retaining walls. However, we did rent a golf cart and the beach was only 7 min away. We spent most of our time at the home in the hot tub. Nice kitchen with top tier appliances, 12 person dinning table so we ate all meals together. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Ceiling fans in each bedroom.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of room for gathering as a family to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. The large table was my favorite part of house
a large round table that can sit up to 12 people. (10 chairs at the table) The Eagle’s nest was also a hit with my family. It was so peaceful and it was a great place to watch the sunrise and the sunset. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms
everyone had their own space. The house is well decorated and it was so nice that they provided plenty of beach towels!

Great house on a quiet street

The home is beautiful and perfect for a large group. It is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It is located on the end of a quiet street away from the traffic in town. The pool has the perfect mix of sun and shade.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay at the Bridgeview House! The property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The house is so spacious we sometimes couldn't find each other! The pool is shaded almost all day, which was a little bit of a bummer. We just went to the beach or utilized the top deck when we wanted sun. You should be prepared to go up and down lots of stairs at this house. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be for other renters. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to others!

Great property!

The house and property are beautiful! I was surprised by the direct water view from the main living area and many other rooms in the house. The house was so spacious and the layout was perfect for our party of 10 with 4 kids. We had plenty of room to spread out and also to be together in the family room/kitchen area. The games in the garage were a hit and we used the bikes and beach chairs a lot. The house is fairly close (a short bike ride) from an adorable part of town with great restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place with Family and Friends For Spring Break!

We had a wonderful trip with our family and friends from 3/25 - 4/1. The house was amazing and the pool was just perfect for people of all ages. The amenities were top tier and Anna Maria Island as a whole did not disappoint. We would 100% stay with Josh again (who had great communication with a minor issue we had that was taken care of ASAP). Very Happy!

Anna Maria Relax and Enjoy

This Property is in the perfect location and will offer you all the amenities you are looking for. The house is spacious as we had10 people and we all had privacy, and never felt cramped at all. The house has everything you would need including the following: Pool and Spa Elevator Bikes Ping Pong Plenty of Towels Parking for 2 cars Great Location I have rented many homes and I must say that this was one of the best as far as quality of the home, cleanliness, and amenities.

Amazing Beach House

The house was amazing! Very clean and the perfect set up! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the top floor lookout porch and the bikes! This house is perfectly set up for a large group! We enjoyed a resting day in the hot tub watching movies on the outdoor TV on a rainy day! The covered pool area was a huge plus since it rained a few days! The Roku TVs were a plus being able to share our photos and movies right to the TVs. We were in town for a wedding and was a great place to get ready and enjoy the company of friends and family! The teens absolutely loved the bikes and their freedom to ride down to the beach and close to Pine street. The house really made our destination wedding amazing! We felt like celebrities! Please also note we had an issue with the hot tub heat and Sato Realty went above and beyond to get it fixed fast. We were very impressed with their hospitality!

House claimed to be on the beach is not

It was fault for not doing more thourough research as the house claims to be on the beach is not they say that on the listing but it really isn’t there is a house on the back of it so you really have no access as the other house blocks it this was my main issue with the house I guess it wouldn’t have matter as the location is awful if you like the beach to get to the best beaches in the gulf side is like a 30 min walk going by car is like 5 min but good luck finding parking anywhere we got lucky some friends rented close to the beach so we parked by their house. Now the good part the house is beautiful and very comfortable and property managers are very nice and attentive I called them with a couple of issues and they were prompt to take care of them. Another big issue no bathroom in pool level you have to go to second floor for it very uncomfortable but the main thing was the beach being far away so if you love the beautiful beach and being able to walk to it this house is not for you if you don’t care that much about having to drive or bike to the beach and you want to enjoy the pool and the great views this house will be great for you.

Perfect for large family!

We are a family of adult couples and a few kids, and this house was absolutely amazing! They provide bikes, tons of activities in the garage, and the pool / hot tub combo is awesome. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!!

Great home for families

This property is beautiful, and has plenty of room for multi-family groups to spread out. This property is amazing for families with school aged kids - the bunk room, kid hangout area with TVs, and the game room is great. The master bedroom is serene and quiet with amazing views. Throughout the home, we loved the colorful decor and quality of the furniture and finishings. The pool alarm is a comforting feature (once you figure out how it works)! The location is quiet and peaceful - sure there is a home in between you and the beach, but you still get wonderful views and privacy. You are next to the yacht dealership so don't be surprised to see huge boats from the front of the house. We rented golf carts to zip around the island which was ideal. Things that could be better? I was a little surprised we needed to stop by the Sato office to pick up key codes - it is very near the home so not a big problem. We were traveling with little ones, and I do wish the property included a pack n play, as well as more beach/sand toys for little ones.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We were wanting a five bedroom/five bath place to stay, and this beautiful residence did not disappoint! The spacious kitchen/living area was so accommodating for our large group. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every night! We also rode the bikes provided to the beach and shops.
