My family of 5 and parents stayed at this home for a winter vacation. The home is beautiful but needs some updates. It feels a bit beat up - many doorknobs didn’t lock or work, sliders are very heavy and hard to open, there are NO golf clubs with an advertised putting green (SO disappointing!!!!!!!!), the pool was warm not hot and the furnace broke our second night there when it was SO cold. No one slept well, though the repairman did a great job the next day when he arrived. Overall, I felt the location was great, the mattresses and handles (door, TP holders, towels) could be upgraded and get some golf clubs! Come on!! We will rent elsewhere next year.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and really enjoyed grilling and just hanging out by the pool. We did a lot of cooking and everything you needed was provided. Host was quick to answer questions as well. Couldnt have asked for a better experiance!

Location and pool/hot tub were good plus plenty of good chairs and wagon for the beach; house only okay.Many things in home need to be repaired/replaced: - Ice maker did not work and when this was reported only one 7 lb. bag of ice was provided for our three night stay. - The sofa frame was broken in several places with broken back and wood sticking out. - Refrigerator on lower level (outside) did not work. - Main sliding glass door was VERY hard to open and close. - One of the toilets would not refill with water. - Bikes were not rideable; tires were flat. - Nowhere close to put-in the kayaks. The dock did not have a ladder and would have been very difficult to use. - Broken chair on rooftop deck. - No bluetooth speaker/stereo/radio in the house. - Other than the rooftop, the house windows and two small decks have little to no view.We had a nice stay, but felt the house was a little over sold and needs some attention. We will select a different property next time when we return to Anna Maria.

The house was well equipped, so much so I think they sold it short on the listing. We had a minor issue with the ice machine (either it wasn't working properly or we couldn't figure it out) but it was no big deal. Loved the virtual visitor guide to easily access things in the house and around the area. Would definitely book again.

Amazing Stay

We had the best week staying at the Casa Amiga! Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and our kids favorite breakfast spot at North Shore Cafe. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues but Claire at Beach Retreats took care of everything right away. Management company is super responsive. This house is a little slice of paradise and we would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This is a beautiful home located on the north end of the island. Definitely rent a golf cart for ease and fun of getting around the island. We really enjoyed having a pool to jump in after a day at the beach.

Great property, everything you need

The property and its layout were fantastic. We enjoyed the downstairs outdoor area. It provided a great location for the kids to hang out and plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed the proximity to Pine, where all of the shops and restaurants are located. The walk to the beach was a little far, but it was not a big deal for us as we enjoyed walking. Overall definitely a great place to stay and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Easy check in for a home in perfect location and beautifully maintained.

Beach retreats manages this beautiful property and They made it very easy to stay. Very few requirements upon checkout and everything we needed for a lovely stay were there for us. We used their hot tub and laundry and cooked a few times in the wide open kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy and included bathrooms making it perfect for three couples. Location on the island is ideal and we walked everywhere from the beach to restaurants to stores. Great stay and highly recommend.

The Casa Amiga was perfect for our family get-together. Very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of relaxing time there. Beautiful House in a Great Location

This house is stunning! Kitchen is well equipped, as well as everything you need for beach and pool. The loungers and couches downstairs were perfect for lounging during the afternoon rain and the outside beverage fridges kept drinks close by. Beds were comfy with great decor in the bedrooms, plus tons of TVs. Don’t miss the rooftop deck at sunrise.

Casa Amiga is Fantastic

Great residence with 4 suites, great family area, pool, grill, an elevator and a rooftop. A little bit far from the best beaches of Anna Maria Island, but still walkable. Close to docks and to many restaurants and shops.
