Welcome to Anna Maria Island ''paradise without an attitude''. Our ground level newly renovated unit is located in the village of Anna Maria on a quiet residential street, a short stroll to the sugar white sand beach. Free trolley stop, shopping, a variety of restaurants, both fishing piers, the island community center are all within walking distance.
Many local concerts, festivals, art & craft shows and fireworks depending on the season of your visit.
With Bradenton, Sarasota and Tampa so close your can be as busy as you like with endless activities or quietly walk the beautiful beach, watch the dolphins swim pass while you wait for the spectacular sunset.

We have wifi internet , unlimited long distance calling in the US & Canada. Tiled floors and beautiful screened lanai. Fenced in large yard with patio and will consider well behaved pets.
Our rates are based on double occupancy.
When using instant confirmation please provide a small description of your reason for visiting the island and your relationship to all guests in the reservation.
Anna Maria has a strict noise policy.
No noise from 10pm-8 am. Violators will receive a noise violation from the Sheriffs department, that they are responsible for paying , ask to leave the property with no refund. The property is protected on the outside by Ring video security cameras.

This cute cottage suited our family of 4 perfectly. The backyard is a nice addition, The king size beds in both bedrooms were a bonus since most rentals we have stayed in here have queens. The location is a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. As a vacation rental property owner myself I greatly appreciated the communication from the owner and the pride in ownership is obvious. We look forward to staying here again.

It was perfect for our pet! Fenced in yard and perfect neighborhood for walking our dog. The home was very comfortable from the king size beds to the living room with reclining sofa and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The home was exceptionally clean and very well decorated. We will definitely be back again.

This was an amazing place to stay! Right between the beach and bay so it’s easy to walk to everything, did not have to get to the car once! The place was very clean and decorated nicely, the backyard is nice and private. Overall great place and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I were on a family vacation with additional family staying in another VRBO. This home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and very well furnished with everything you could need. It is a short 3 block walk from the beach and home provided beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon. It is within walking distance to all the little cafes and shops on the island. One of the best VRBO homes we've rented. If you are going to Anna Maria Island, we highly recommend this home!

We had the absolute best time staying at Cindy’s place on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was ideal; just a short stroll to the beach, and close to cute shops, restaurants, and the free trolley stop. We loved spending our mornings on the porch with coffee and our evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets just a few minutes away.Cindy was a fantastic host; responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her property and cares about her guests’ experience. We love the cottage, great location, convenient to the Bay for the sunrise and the Gulf for the sunsets. Also close to the bus stop to explore the island. You don't even need to drive. The cottage has everything you need for a short or long stay. We can't wait to go back.
