Paradise found in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath pet friendly, home on Anna Maria Island! This family home is just 1 block from the pristine white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and has a private heated pool. Fully furnished in coastal style and with all the luxuries of home for a stress free vacation. Located in the prestigious North End of the Island.

The home offers a tropical pool with a lounging and dining area for enjoying a late afternoon snack or a sunset meal. The master bedroom leads to the pool area and its lush tropical surroundings.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed overlooking the pool. The second guest room offers a Queen size bed and the final guest room offers a set of twin size beds. The living room has a pull our couch for additional sleeping. There are two full size bathrooms with bath tub and shower.

You can't beat the accommodations this home offers! Fully furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. Towels, linen, fresh sheets and plenty of beach towels to wrap yourself in after a good long soak in the heated pool! Open floor plan with all of the amenities are here including heated salt water swimming pool, washer/dryer, cable, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fenced in back yard for your furry family members.

Prime location in the City of Anna Maria just walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the free trolley service!
Dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa de Anna María y restaurantes. La casa es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario par una excelentes vaciones de playa. Las camas muy cómodas y suficientes toallas de baño y playa. La piscina estaba un poco sucia.

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

Great stay!!

We had a great time! Everything was back up and running post hurricane. We did need an umbrella for the back yard/pool, and found a beach one. I’m assuming they just haven’t gotten around to getting a permanent one for the back. My only other complaint was someone opened the door to drop a fire extinguisher off without letting us know they were coming, so it scared my son. A heads up would have been great, or just placed on the porch. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Thank you!

Girls Trip

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Needs some TLC

Needs new pillows, hall bath fan, vanity, cabinet upgrade. Suggest grommet curtains for French doors. Broken toilet seat hinge in hall bath. Needs new exterior door out of bathroom. New LED MATCHING bulbs would be a plus. Ceiling fans only have one low speed. Pool deck pool skimmer needs to be leveled major tripping hazard. A little would go a long way at this house.

AMI Cottage

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location
2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/

Perfect, if only

Just a few things. The people that had the twin beds said they were terribly uncomfortable and they mostly tossed and turned all night. On the other hand, the other beds seemed fine. The refrigerator seems to be leaking water. The pool is like bath water, not refreshing but not sure what you do in Florida for that. The pool filter is located right where the lounge chairs are and is incredibly loud and annoying while you are poolside. The walk to the beach really is only 5 minutes and the beach is lovely. All and all, Anna Maria is beautiful.

Lovely Coastal Cottage on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Cottage on AMI. Location was perfect, easy walk to beach, city pier, and restaurants. The home was clean and well-maintained. Staff was very responsive.

Great stay

The house and location was great. It is not luxurious but for the price it was very comfortable. The house could use some minor improvements/repairs. This is our 4th visit to Anna Maria and we have stayed at a different location every time. I would stay here again. My 2 only complaints are: 1. The 2 living room chairs were very uncomfortable and were noisy when you moved while sitting in them. 2. We found a few dirty dishes, which made me question how clean they all were. But the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast every morning and a few dinners. These were minor inconveniences that are easy to overlook and still enjoy our stay.

General upkeep and cleaning could use attention.

Linens are old and comforters need cleaning. Fans had layers of dust and a couple large roach like bugs fell out of the fan, also found on the bathroom floor. Pool is leaking and numerous times someone came to work on it- not ideal during Covid. Also someone had to come and help us start up the air conditioning. Instructions said to turn it to 80 before you leave but that just made it freeze up before we got there. Location is great. Pool area was nice-private, tropical and quiet. But overall this property could use a down week to address the issues that keep showing up here in these comments.

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here for three nights and it was perfect for my two kids and in-laws who joined us. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the house was super clean. If we needed something the property manager responded quickly and got us what we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A
