Spacious beach house with a beautiful view of the gulf

The fully air-conditioned house is in a quiet, exclusive residential area at the tip of the island. Miles of white sandy beach on your doorstep is one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living area and free WIFI.
We renovated the house in 2021: new kitchen, new living room furniture, the mattresses, linen, towels, dishes and dining ware have been completely replaced. In 2022, hurricane-proof sliding glass doors were installed and the roof renewed.
Enjoy the lovely breeze on the terrace while having breakfast or watch the beautiful sunsets from the terrace in the evening. The special feature - your advantage: The location of the house is so close to Gulf beach and therefore very family-friendly.
The house has an optimal beach distance of approx. 150ft. The distances are short, especially when someone ' just ' wants to get something cold to drink or someone just has to go to the toilet...
Feel the breeze and relax: The house is located in the most beautiful part of the island with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the sunsets from the terraces of the house.
And where else is that in America? You cycle to the pier, the post office or to the 'Sandbar', one of the most popular restaurants on the island.
People come from far and wide to this insider tip to enjoy good food on the porch in the warm breeze and watch the sunset as a red ball in the gold water.
Kitschy? - No, just very natural. And you can experience that every evening from the house terraces.

By car to Mickey Mouse & Co.: You can easily reach Florida's major attractions in the Orlando area in a day trip (approx. 1.5 hours' drive) by car. And in the evening you can look forward to the tranquility of the island again....

The small cottage with pool to the left also belongs to us. It is completely separated but can also be rented. This makes both houses ideal for weddings, family reunions or traveling with two families.

During season we only rent Saturday-Saturday

As the title says, it truly is a spacious house...open and full of light! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and loved walking to the beach and into town. It was a chilly week, but we were still able to relax several afternoons on the gulf-facing deck warmed by the sun. Amazing sunset views from the upper deck! It was such a treat to have the opportunity to meet the owners and hear their story of building this lovely home.

The location of the house was awesome. 1/2 block to the beach entrance and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The house had very nice views of the gulf from the front deck, kitchen and master bedroom. It was neat, clean and comfortable. Our stay was great and we will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful property, comfy beds and the view is amazing ! The only thing I would suggest is maybe having garbage bags , extra toilet paper and paper towels or pods for the dish washer as we had to make an extra trip out to get those items We did end up having a late check in bc the property management team said the cleaning crew missed our house, so that was frustrating but overall a wonderful stay and beautiful home and view ! Right across the street from beach access

Ana Maria Island Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation thanks to the wonderful house steps away from the beach we stayed at for the week, the beach house was very clean, spacious and comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6 guests, with a three car garage and all the beach necessities included. Communication with the host was fluid and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended.

Family time and 50th Bday Celebration

The house was well stocked and in a great location by Bean point. The beach was a short distance around the corner from the house. It was nice that they provided a wagon and supplies for the beach. Lots of stairs to this home especially if you are staying in the master bedroom. But the garage being available for the teens to hang out in was an extra Bonus. The only thing I would be aware of there are no televisions in the downstairs bedrooms. Other than that we had such a Great Vacation! There is a sign in the yard that says tortoise crossing.. and we got to see him in action walking across the main road. That was fun to watch. We would stay here again!

Beach sunsets

This property is in a wonderful location, across the street from the beach. It was exactly as advertised. The deck off the 3rd floor master bedroom with its views of the beach and sunsets is the best place in the house. The view may change in the future when there is a house built on that empty lot.

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is wonderful: comfortable beds, good sized rooms and bathrooms, all the beach things you might need (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, wagon, etc), drip and keurig coffee makers, all the things. The location is awesome: only a two minute walk to the beach. The owners and management are incredibly responsive, kind and easy to communicate with- after difficulty with management at other homes, I am so grateful to know that our stay at this home will be stress-free!

Quiet and Clean

My husband and I stayed for a week in AMI for a workation in December, and enjoyed our time there. The property has a great floorplan with all of the living space on the second and third floors (garage is on the ground floor). The big covered deck on the second floor allows for easy access to the living area, kitchen, dining, and laundry. The primary bedroom on the top floor was comfortable and a nice quiet place to sleep. The only reason that we gave this property a 4-star review is because the owner did not provide many of the basic supplies that are needed when renting a home for a full week. With 3 bathrooms, there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, and no shampoo, conditioner, or shower soap (not even hotel samples to get guests past the first night). There were only 5 dishwasher pods (we rented for a full week), and no laundry soap. Given the price that we paid for the week in this home, we would have expected at least these basic supplies to be provided. When we asked, the owner simply replied: "We rent a vacation home.all guests provide their own supplies. We have normally toilet and one roll of kitchen paper in the cabinet for the start." Additionally, we were disappointed to find that nearly all of the white bath and hand towels were dingy and thin, most likely from overuse and a lack of proper laundry soap or bleach. Overall, Anna Maria Island is a lovely place for a vacation and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Hinter dem Haus wurde gebaut..also ab 7:15 Uhr kein schlafen mehr möglich. Uns wurde ein alternatives Haus angeboten..mehr als doppelt soweit vom Strand und wir hĂ€tten noch die Reinigung des Hauses zahlen sollen. Damit war es fĂŒr den EigentĂŒmer getan. Das war keine Alternative fĂŒr uns.Schade das man uns nicht vorher informiert hat. Der Urlaub war deshalb betrĂŒbt.
