With the sugar sand beach at the end of the street, Willow Walk is three houses from the Gulf of Mexico. Feel the island breezes and relax in our four-bedroom vacation home.

Our elevated home features the main living area, kitchen and dining room on the second level. The many windows provide an abundance of natural light to the living spaces. Your guests will enjoy a dining table that seats eight and kitchen counter seating for four.

Two of the king bedrooms include an ensuite bath with the other guest rooms feature a king bed and a set of twin over king bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Escape to the lush and tropical backyard highlighted by the sparkling heated pool. Surrounded by pool loungers, an outdoor shower and a patio dining table for six, this is the place to spend an afternoon! The poolside lounge area has comfy sofas, a TV, fridge and foosball and cornhole games.

Great location, very nice appliances (maybe too nice - induction cooktop?), pool was small but fine for a few people, there was a good amount of beach supplies like chairs and an umbrella. The beds are pretty comfortable, and there are clean towels and linens. What I found very surprising is that there was no spices or anything like for cooking at home. The floor looked clean, but white socks said otherwise after 5 minutes of walking around. It is nice that they do supply pool/beach towels. You should note that when the pool guy comes (it was Monday for us) he does not check the levels, just dumps a BUNCH of Chlorine and some acid in it. Finally, you need to know that you will rent through the vacation rental company, not VRBO, and there is a charge for connecting through VRBO. On our last day, their cleaning crew showed up and knocked and hour before checkout time. Then sat in the driveway until we left. That’s just unprofessional.

What a house!!

In a word, WOW! Willow Walk is beautiful and 3 houses from the beach! It was perfect for our family vacation. Having the pool in the back was a huge plus. House is roomy and decorated nicely. All rooms have king size beds. House is well maintained.

Our favorite AMI to date!

We have stayed at AMI the last 7 years and this has been our favorite rental so far. The location is excellent, the house is beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean. It felt like a brand new house just 100 steps from the beach. The management was very helpful when addressing issues with the thermostat. The brand new grill was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location to beach and Pine Ave is great! Big saltwater pool, gets good shade. Nice covered patio with pool bath. Inconvenient not to get to the backyard from the house directly. Good selection of beach gear, but needs a new beach umbrella. We had to rent one. Good size house, we were a family of four but it could’ve held more guests.

Location location location!

Great property so very close to everything. Excellent communication from property managers. Only downside is you cannot view or get to pool without going outside. We would absolutely stay there again. Nice large 4 car open parking under home is great for playing cornhole, which was nice to have when raining. Excellent property and kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals.

Great location and size

I’ve stayed at this property several times. It is very spacious and has lots of room for parking. Plus it is very close to the water. Just three doors down over the small wooden bridge. I’ve always enjoyed staying here. The pool is great in the outside bathroom and shower is awesome. It’s nice to have three bathrooms inside as well. Sunsets are gorgeous!

110 Willow Way was amazing, the home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was amazing and gave us so amazing and gave us so much flexibility with the kids. Pool was great also. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location!

We booked our stay last minute and we’re so thankful they had availability. The house was great. We ended up using the room with twin beds just for luggage. All the rooms were spacious and clean. Beach access is super close making the trips back and forth to the beach with our 3 year old a breeze. The pool was a perfect addition. We used it multiple times a day. There was a mango tree that would drop mangos so be mindful with little ones. Our 7 year old loved seeing how many mangos were in the pool each morning. You’re only a block away from several shops and restaurants. Parking on the main streets were always hard to find so we took a few walks to the nearby places. The only thing that could have been improved was a better list of things available at the home. I had emailed asking about wagons, umbrellas, etc. hoping to lighten our luggage load but was told those items were not provided but we could rent them. Once we got to the house there was a wagon, that we used everyday, beach chairs, boogie boards, a paddle board, 2 umbrellas, and a few bikes that had a lock on them. They also provided plenty of towels so we could have not brought extra and been fine. A list of what items and how many would be helpful. We did get there a little early and you cannot get into the home until after check in time. We called and they were able to give us access 10 minutes early, which we appreciated. Just something to be aware of if you arrive early. We would stay here again!!

The perfect place

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria over 20 years and usually stay two streets down in little cottages on Magnolia street (which we still love) but this year was the first that we were bringing our two toddlers for our first Anna Maria trip as a family so we wanted to find something a big bigger. We loved everything about this rental. Clean, spacious, more than enough room, very well stocked, everything in great working condition, beds comfortable, showers and baths and all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer worked great. The backyard area was awesome and there’s even a huge mango tree that dropped ripe mangos the entire time we were there! Which we loved! Short walk to the little wooden bridge that takes you right onto the less crowded area of the beach, but still easy walking distance to the sandbar restaurant. Close to everything. I don’t have anything negative to say. We saw older reviews that the air could only go down to 72, but that was resolved. We kept the air at 70 at night and it was nice and cold, especially in the bedrooms, just how we like it after a hot long day on the beach! Would love to come back next year and would highly recommend this rental as a long time guest of Anna Maria! You couldn’t ask for a better location.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location only 3 houses from beach. Close enough to go back to the house as needed to get things while at the beach. Good pool and surrounding pool area. Indoors updated and comfortable. Property management company did a great job. Initially had a minor issue with air conditioner and they had someone there in 10 minutes to have it fixed. Highly recommended.

Nice house!

On the plus side: Great house, very clean, pool and location excellent! Property management was very responsive with any requests. On the minus side: VRBO took a hefty fee in addition to the property management fees which was disappointing. Also bikes were advertised and not available. There is also nothing in the house, even salt and pepper or or Keurig cups for guests or coffee filters which was such a waste to purchase and dispose of.

Great location

This was a very nice house and location. House was well equipped with everything needed. I gave this a 5 star, great pool and access to beach. The only things I will point out- the minimum temp is 72 which equates to about 75 in my house so a little warm at night (especially if you are sunburnt!). The beach chairs are a little worn but they are a plus so we definitely used them and please bring mosquito spray for the pool area. They were there all day! Again wonderful house and location! Loved Anna Marie Island...

Amazing stay in the perfect home

We chose this house for a family of four (parents & teens) and also grandparents. Everything surpassed our expectations! The home is three house down from Willow road beach access and the great part is no stairs to the beach as in other areas we've stayed in Florida. The home also has beach chairs and towels. There was a wagon but the wheels aren't large enough to drag through the sand. Also an umbrella but it wasn't very stable and could be updated. The home was spotless! The pool was a perfect size and has plenty of shaded parts during the day. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen and outside. AMI Locals was good at communicating when we had a question. Can't wait to return!
