Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The rooms have bed 160x200 and (Queen Size) a private bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 3 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
đ żïž The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks of the City Hall.

Suberbe endroit
La situation de cet hébergement était parfaite, situé dans une zone piétonne à proximité du canal. Magnifique!
Logement trÚs bien équipé par ailleurs.
Cependant, assurez-vous dâavoir des bagages lĂ©gers. Le stationnement est un peu Ă©loignĂ© et il y a quand mĂȘme 3 Ă©tages pour accĂ©der au logement. Le seul point nĂ©gatif, la remise des clĂ©s nâa pas Ă©tĂ© simple puisque que celle-ci devait se faire en mains propres.
Sinon, tout à été parfait.

Location nearly perfect. In heart of historic city. Easy access to sites tours, dining. Only drawback directly above restaurant that serves past 23:00. Our point of contact was always there when we needed her and was very accommodating during check in and departure. Could have been cleaner; showing wear and age. All onsite informational material in French only had use translation app which was tedious

Fabulous location right in the heart of old town Annecy. Lots of great restaurants, shopping nearby. Only downside to the apartment was parking was not close by and it is a third floor walk up. Be prepared for lots of walking.

Short Stay Annecy
Stayed two nights in Annecy and apartment was great for our short stay. Location is superb right in the heart of Annecy, close to everything. Communication with host, very responsive. If you have a lot of luggage the spiral staircase was tricky.

Lovely location and apartment
This apartment had everything we needed. There was heat wave in Annecy but we were provided with fans which helped. The location was wonderful.

Beste Lage
Mitten im Zentrum der sehr lebendigen Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zu einem kleinen Kanal hinaus. In der KĂŒche findet man alles, was man braucht. Das Apartment in der 3. Etage ist ĂŒber eine schöne, alte Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Es macht Sinn, das GepĂ€ck anzupassen. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren. Nur 3 min FuĂweg zur Tiefgarage mit moderaten Preisen und zum See.
