Good location.Decent breakfast buffet. The rooms did not include a basic necessity of blankets for all guests. Had to request this separately but got only one double blanket. The hotel staff told that it’s their policy to give only one double blankets and no more. Never heard of such thing before.

Amazing customer service at the lobby and cafe, only negative point, theres no AC in the elevator and corridor. We stayed 4 night, cleanning room was not perfect but acceptable.

Rencide Edici Tavırla Yaklaşım

Rezervasyonu kahvaltı hariç yapmışım. Giriş esnasında resepsiyonda kahvaltı ücretini ayrıca ödedim, sabah kahvaltı salonunda rencide edici bir tavırla başımıza dikilen personel kahvaltı ücretini ödemediğimizi kahvaltı yapamayacağımızı söyledi. Kahvaltı ücretini giriş esnasında ödediğimi söylerek slibini gösterdim. Otel müdürüyle görüşmek istedim fakat beyefendi de lütfedip dönüş yapmadı. 30 yıllık seyahat acentası sahibiyim, her platformda bu kötü tecrübemi mutlaka anlatacağım.

Restaurant kisminda tum sef ve personele tesekkur.

Check in “ den sonra valizlerin asansore goturulup odaya tasinmasi konusunda kimse yardimci olmadi. Check out “ da yine esim ile beraber indirdik. Restaurant kismindaki tum personel son derece nazik , kibar ve yardimseverdi.
