The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5

Speechless… everything about this stay was beyond perfect! The pool is temperature-controlled and made for the most relaxing evenings—especially with a glass of wine after a long day. Disappointed in the response from an issue in our room. At 10 pm water started leaking from upstairs above our toilet, only solution was to move is to a next room for sleeping, had to wake up our friend who was already sound asleep. Next morning still had the leak and a large puddle of water. Didn’t even offer a coffee for our inconvenience

This beautiful hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It's very well located, walkable to all the places of interest. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was very professional and kind. Rooms are awesome and spacious, they have comfortable beds. It has a very nice swimming pool and gorgeous gardens. My main goal staying at this hotel was to relax and have a good time and it met these expectations. I highly recommend. You won't regret it.

The male front desk staff (night shift ) is friendly and helpful. The young female staff ( day shift ) forgot our request and didn’t send us tour info as promised. We celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday at this property, and I can honestly say it was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was flawless from the beautiful accommodations to the warm hospitality. I made a last minute request for some room decorations to surprise my wife, and the team made it happen perfectly. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly exceeded my expectations. The location is also perfect everything in town is just steps away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Thank you to the entire staff for making this milestone birthday one we will cherish forever. Highly recommend!
