Really enjoyed our stay apart from no heating in room and water went cold. Understand there was a heating issue but disappointing. Hotel didn’t offer refund or another nights stay or even contribution towards another nights stay. Reception staff were apologetic about situation and offered another potentially warmer room but there was no heating in there and room was just as cold. Expedia gave me £25 in points for another stay which was a nice contribution.

People were phenomenal, anything we needed they provided, always welcomed us when we would come through the doors. Breakfast was hot, bountiful and the staff friendly. Great value, close to restaurants, grocery stores! 5 ponds to the train station but if warm and you have time it’s very close.

Mostly very good, as it was ideal for getting to the airport early. One minor complaint was that there was a sofa bed converted into a bed taking up space in our double room!

We arrived quite late and the staff were amazing. Really helpful and even brought a drink to our room as the barrel had to be changed, so we didn't have to wait. Huge towels for showers, lovely hotel, just some of the furnishings looking a bit tired but all very clean.
