A decent and functional place commensurate with what you pay. No frills no pleasant or unpleasant surprises which is fine for travelers not looking for extras. Price for the breakfast is high for what they go e you. You could do better going to the grocery store right next door for your basic needs.

Hotel is five minutes' walk from Antwerp Central station with plenty of varied restaurants nearby; and it is at the end of the Meir (main shopping street), close to the old town.

The room is small, comfortable and clean. The space has a number of design issues though (a good example is the bathroom is good size but there is no place to put own items in shower and even if you want to access them outside of the shower the door opens the wrong way to do that). The bedside tables are tiny.

The property is okie but we have a bad experienced to the hotel staff (housekeeping). We left the hotel for a tour and put the "Don't Disturb" sign and I guessed they still went into the room. To cut the story short, We lose a valuable item and we asked the front desk if they can check if someone enter our room the time we are not there but they said that they cannot review or help us to our concern. Front desk/manager said they will follow up and update me but it's been like 3 months from the time we've been there but still nothing. Even an apologize email/letter nothing. I hope they will make an action regarding this matter and will not happen again in the future.

Great place to stay in Antwerp.

Fourth time staying here, I particularly like the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel .All the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for their guests. The rooms are a good size with queen beds and modern hanging space. The only thing missing is a fridge which as most guests only stay for a night or two I don’t suppose the hotel feels it is warranted.
