Clean and comfortable and about 10 minutes walk from the old town and 20 from the station. Not worth shelling out another 20 Euros for a balcony room, though.

Terrible Experience!

There is no hot water in the hotel, the receptionist said that a student set off the the fire alarm which knocked out the hot water. I asked for a refund, she refused. I asked to speak with the manager, she refused. I asked for her name, she refused to give it. I tried to take a photo to identify her (attached), she hid.m, so we could not identify her. Then once we did complain to Hotels.com they denied it had even happened! I have no complaints about Hotels.com as they dealt with it professionally so thank you.

2 areas for improvement. 1) If breakfast starts at 6, everything should be ready. It wasn't. 2) AC did not work in my room, opening window allowed mosquitos in so I was hot and did not sleep well. When I asked about AC, i was treated as if I did not understand how it worked.

I stayed already at this hotel for 3 times its actually good but need to have free toiletries inside specially to people who sometimes stays for a night or two.The last two rooms i stayed before was really good and spacious but this 3rd one was a superior room so i thought it will be still the same as before but sadly it was way smaller and bathroom too.But still will recommend it as area is really good ,rooms quiet ,and staffs were nice specifically the filipina lady at the reception shes very nice😊

A lovely convenient place to stay for a short visit . The best hairdresser I ever used at hotels . 120 min walk to the old town and 5 min from the port which a lot of lovely caffe and bars

If you want BASIC then here it is. Not even a cup for you toothbrush/toothpaste. No kettle in the room… Breakfast was good but not worth €18 The breakfast staff were kind and helpful

Below average hotel

It's not a value for money considering the location and comfort offers. The bed was okay but pillow was terrible where I got a neck pain. Double bed with a single pillow was not good. The breakfast was average too. Definitely not worth the premium price that they charge for this average place.
