Great stay in Apex!

My family and I absolutely loved staying in Wellington's cute little ranch home! This was probably one of our favorite houses to rent so far. The house is very clean and was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. It is also very close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping options. Wellington was a fantastic host and when I had a couple of quick questions he was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

Peaceful home close to everything

My 2 adult kids and I really liked this house and the neighborhood. Beautiful trees and a lovely outdoor space out back for relaxing. The kitchen was well-supplied, and the whole place was clean, tastefully decorated, and quite comfortable. Communication with the host was awesome too. We plan to come back!

Quiet neighborhood, cute house!

We loved our stay at the house from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by serene music and a clean home. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but was close to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. We plan to book it again the next time we go visit!

Great location great host!

I stayed in the house for 5 months over the winter. Wellington is honest, caring and responsive. He purchased extras for me and my kitty to make sure we felt at home. He even decorated for the holidays so the living room was festive and colorful when I arrived. He always got back to me very quickly whenever I reached out to him. He wanted to make sure I was happy. The house is comfortable, surrounded by trees and has a unique covered deck to sit on even in the rain. Birds and deer were frequent visitors. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Great place in Apex!

We had a great stay at this cute home in Apex. The house was clean and well stocked and we really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. Wellington is very communicative and gracious. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was wonderful. The neighborhood was very safe and around plenty of shopping. The home was clean and plenty big. I was in town to visit family and this was a perfect choice. So happy with everything.

I loved my stay here. The entire place was very clean and we loved the extra esthetics of relaxing music and fireplace showing on the TVs. The backyard area was an awesome spot to go out and get some fresh air. I couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thanks Wellington!
