We try to stay at Wyndham hotels as much as possible but after the lack of cleanliness and non existent customer service, future stays are debatable. With a total of 3 rooms, they all had at least one bed with dirty bedding. The sofa sleeper had leftover crumbs and attire from previous guests with no bedding provided. Bathrooms have not been properly scrubbed in some time along with dusting. If cleanliness isn’t a concern, this is the perfect place to stay. AmericInn of Appleton, you are only as good as your weakest employee, including management. Do better or step away from the hospitality industry.

Hello,First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. There is no excuse for any of the above and frankly we are quite embarrassed. We have coached our housekeeping team and made some changes that should take care of the issue. Thank you for bringing all of this to our attention. Decent property. Only complaint are the walls seem paper thin- could hear everything... plumbing was very loud when people in other rooms taking shower...

Roll-in shower drain backed up and flooded the bathroom. Many walls had spills unwashed. Fabric on base of bed was torn..
