The Space:

Step into this completely remodeled one bedroom Seascape Beach Resort condo with an upgraded bathroom to include a walk-in tub/shower & ample counter space for your personal belongings. The open kitchenette is fully stocked for homecooked meals should you desire a night in. It includes a stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your meal inside or outside on the private balcony while you watch the sunset over Monterey Bay. Livingroom offers a gas lit fireplace and large tv with Basic Cable & Roku for your streaming pleasure. With an open floorplan and second queen bed in the sleeper-sofa this unit can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Be sure to see the welcome binder for dining and activity suggestions to elevate your stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you!



Guest Access:

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

The elevator is located just outside the unit for easy loading and unloading from the parking spaces below.



FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Indoor lobby fireplace with round seating, outdoor firepit on main pool deck. Use of walking paths and overlook benches, walking path down to beach.

Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).



Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages and south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters.



The Neighborhood:

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.

The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.

On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).

Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.

The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Getting Around:

Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.

All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.

NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.

The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.

The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.

Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).



On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire rental and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Open fires are allowed on the beach-supplies can be purchased at the Village across the street or at a grocery store. See the guest welcome binder for a list of local grocery stores. Note: deliveries can be made to the unit.



Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.



NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Lovely location, it was a nice stay. We had 4 adults, apparently the sofa bed is not that comfortable, maybe it needs a mattress topper. Everything else was fine. The towels need updating but that’s really the only thing.

Clean and room was a great location in the resort with a peekaboo view of ocean when sitting on the patio. You have to use the pool on the opposite side of resort but that's nice because its less crowded and has a great peekaboo view of the ocean and near a walkway that overlooks the ocean.

So cute inside

The decorations, furniture, bedding, pillows, curtains and even soap dispensers are classy and so nice. The entire unit is updated and modern like it's brand new. I love the beach color theme. Having a fire place that turns on with a switch makes a cold coastal evening cozy and warm instantly.

We had a blip during our stay with the plumbing. It wasn't unit specific, but the entire building. I contacted the Property Manager and she responded within 5 minutes and took care of it immediately. Communication - from booking, to responding to the issue and check-out was fantastic!! Highly recommend.

Great place in the perfect location

This is a nicely-sized one bedroom. It is nicely furnished and has a decent sized balcony that overlooks the ravine. This is a place for people who eat out (that’s us). The kitchen is dormitory-sized but everything was in good working order. They need more glasses but otherwise it’s fine. The bed in the primary seemed smaller than a queen but it was comfortable as was the pullout sofa in the living room. We were ready for noise from the walkway since the bedroom is in the front of the unit. Not an issue. Only noise was from water from other units which wasn’t common but was loud when it happened. This is easy walking distance to the lobby of the resort and the trail to the beach (1 minute). We used the underground parking so the car was under cover. It’s basically attached to the main building so you can’t get much closer to the restaurant, pool at the main building, trail, etc but you are far enough away that you don’t get the noise from any of it.

Spring getaway

The location of the property was everything one can wish for however the condo itself seemed smaller than we expected. We couldn’t fit comfortably on the queen size bed, we are average size people, one of us had to sleep on the pullout sofa bed that was pretty uncomfortable. The kitchenette was really small, no oven or full size fridge. Overall we had a good time but for the price we expected a bit more.

Beautiful, Clean Condo And Wonderful Location

Let me start by saying we absolutely loved this condo. It is very nicely remodeled and the finishes are first class. The banquette is such a nice touch to feel like there is a separate kitchen area from the living space – very clear idea. The condo is very well appointed with everything a couple needs for a weekend stay. I’m thoroughly impressed with the amount of utility in the kitchen with the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven combo. Just the right amount of dishes, knives, pots, cups, glasses, etc. I also appreciated the very comfortable bed with down pillows. The beautiful wall mounted lights are functional without taking valuable bedside table space and blackout curtains are great. The remodel is high quality and thoughtfully coordinated. The dĂ©cor throughout was beautifully themed. This is truly one of the nicest VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed and felt like this place is truly loved. Location is also great - just a short walk down the path to the beach and to the Sanderling's restaurant. We didn't want our weekend to end. I can't wait to return!
