This is a stunning, townhouse nestled on the corner of a quiet court in Seascape, Aptos. Its located three short blocks from Seascape Beach Resort. There is a paved, public pathway through the Resort to the beach(a five minute walk). Seascape Beach is located between Rio Del Mar beach and La Selva beach. Watch dolphins and sea otters at play during your morning walk, surfing during the day and enjoy bonfires on the beach at night. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant(Palapas), Chinese, pizza, coffee house, fine dining(Sanderlings), boutique clothing, day spa, tennis and groceries.

This non smoking home beautifully decorated with an excellent open airy floor plan. Master bathroom has double vessel sinks and a jetted tub with rain shower head. Wrap around slate balcony with outdoor furniture is waiting for you to enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee. It has a reverse floor plan with the kitchen, master and living area upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Townhome is less than an hour drive from Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach with their world class restaurants, golfing and sightseeing. The Monterey peninsula is home to some of the best diving in the US, as well as the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cypress Point Golf course, quaint Carmel-by-the-Sea and historic Cannery Row.

This home is in a residential neighborhood with a majority of full time residents. There are no special events, i.e. parties, receptions, ect., allowed on the premises. Additionally guests are required to keep noise levels i.e. conversations, television, music, ect. to a minimum, especially at night.

Clean, spacious property with garage. Easy check in and good communication with owner. No water pressure issues noted in showers, etc. Well equipped kitchen. TV in main living area and whole house sound system were not usable due to lack of remote - could be key issue for families. Excellent location within community to walk to several restaurants and beach. Street noise for bottom level sleepers. Would stay again.

Beautiful and comfy condo by the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and got to do a little shopping and dining in the village shopping area. Excellent sunsets from the beach! Would definitely recommend this area to others!

Excellent location beautiful decor

This cute 3 bedroom was so cute and decorated so very nicely. We loved it. The master bedroom is upstairs across from kitchen and 2 are downstairs with french doors on both sides to access the patio. The lil patio was so peaceful and delightful. The fire pit made the best smores. Perfect location to allow you to be within driving distance of multiple sites including bixby bridge, multiple beaches and Henry cowell red wood forest.

Very Nice, But...

We loved being walking distance from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We loved the living spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/etc we needed. Just a couple of challenges: housekeeping left a full load of sheets and towels in the dryer, which we had to fold and set aside before we could use it. The place is located on a busy street; yes, technically in a cul-de-sac, but right on the corner of the main street coming and going through Sea Scape. Therefore it was much noisier than we expected. The outside patio was not cleaned up much, but we had a BBQ nonetheless. The bathrooms were beautiful, but the jacuzzi tub was not user friendly. The hot water pressure was so low, that after 30 minutes, it will was not full enough to use. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Great Condo in Aptos

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo in Aptos and we really enjoy it. It's clean, updated, comfortable and well-maintained. It has easy access to the beach, golf and restaurants, but it's also away from the fast-paced visitors in Santa Cruz. You can spend a slow day relaxing in Aptos, or it's a quick drive to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and even Monterey.

House was clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Home was fully stocked with any items we needed for kitchen. Walk to the back area was short. Grocery and coffee shop near rental was very nice. Radiant floor heating took awhile to heat up, but once it did we were plenty warm. Owners left great instructions and we had everything we needed with no confusion.

Every happy with this rental. Nice layout, clean and close to food, coffee and the beach. Aptos is a great location. It's a bit quieter than Santa Cruz but close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home and extremely clean! Great location walking to shops and the beach. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bath towels. The kids loved the jetted bathtub. We had a wonderful stay at this home. We like this location as it is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and very convenient for a family. Our only challenge was in locking the front door upon leaving. It was hit or miss to lock. We finally seemed to get the knack of the lock by closing the door firmly. Not a deal breaker as we will rent again!
