ARCACHON, AUTUMN CITY – LESS THAN 300 M FROM THE BEACH!
In a peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery and charming Arcachon villas, this approximately 57 m² one-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, features two balconies. It's located on the 3rd floor of a secure, luxury residence with elevator access.
The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and a four-burner induction hob. Separated from the living room by a countertop, it connects to the dining room and living room, furnished with armchairs, a TV, and a 120 cm sofa bed, all opening onto a pleasant west-facing terrace. A hallway then leads to a cabin, a windowless space equipped with an 80cm bed, a washing machine, a dryer, and plenty of storage space. Further on, a bathroom with a heated towel rail, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, offering direct access to a second balcony, also facing west. Both balconies, furnished with outdoor furniture, offer unobstructed views of the lush greenery. The living room balcony is also equipped with an awning, ideal for enjoying the space while protecting yourself from the sun.
The apartment is very well-equipped and enjoys a prime location: the beach is less than 300 meters away, and the nearest shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent/tobacco shop) are 550 meters away. Although there is no dedicated parking, parking in the neighborhood is free and easy. Pets are not allowed.
