Main room (west-facing): Dining area, TV, double sofa bed (140 cm), kitchenette: refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine… - Hallway leading to a shower room – separate WC – 1 large east-facing bedroom (semi-basement): double bed (140 cm), wardrobe.

Private terrace with outdoor furniture, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location. One parking space (more available free on the street if needed). Very well-equipped apartment (including roll-up mosquito nets on the windows) and easy to maintain. Shared laundry room (with washing machine) with the adjoining apartment (possibility of renting the adjoining apartment: 2 bedrooms / sleeps 6, reference 343).
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional) as well as the final cleaning. This furnished tourist accommodation is rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.
