It consists of a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (with showers), and a sitting area with a sofa bed.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- Four bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Four bathrooms with showers
- A lounge area with sofa bed and TV
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is ideally located in Arcachon, on a pedestrian street. All shops, restaurants, and amenities are within walking distance, as are bike rental companies for exploring the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla via the bike paths. The pier for boat trips to the Ile aux Oiseaux and Cap Ferret is also nearby, at the Thiers jetty.

Activities:
It's hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Arcachon Basin!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, whose maze of narrow streets leads you straight to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
- At lunchtime, treat yourself to an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Bay , preferably towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan or at the market 2 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!) Then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla and enjoy all the beauty of the Arcachon Basin!

Transportation:
- Arcachon train station: 10-minute walk, trains every hour, 50-minute journey from Bordeaux
- Bordeaux Airport: 68.3 km (52 minutes by car)
- Underground parking at the Town Hall, which takes you directly to the market halls.

NB: there is no garage for this accommodation, paid parking at the market halls is 10 minutes away, parking around the Mauresque park is free.

Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels are included, and the beds will be made for your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- For large families, it is possible to rent the Le Banc de Sable accommodation just above this one at the same time!
