Large farmhouse located on the outskirts of the white village of Arcos de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.

This huge farmhouse is ideal for a very large family or a group of friends, as it is equipped with different spaces to entertain the whole family and thus spend a holiday of fun and rest, without giving up privacy.

The house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the fabulous lounge, where everyone can gather to spend pleasant moments together, chatting or taking a nap on the comfortable sofas; a spacious dining room in the independent kitchen, equipped with everything you may need and the most modern appliances; and a nice game room and another dining table.

On the same floor there are also six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private access to the outside, be it the garden or the picturesque Andalusian patio. One bedroom has two single beds, the other two have a double bed each; the fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the fifth bedroom can accommodate three people, thanks to a double bed and a single bed. The sixth bedroom can also sleep three people, in the three single beds provided. A separate toilet completes the layout of this floor.

The upper level houses a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which share a bathroom with a shower. In total, the farmhouse has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms and has a maximum capacity of 20 people.

The house has hot/cold air conditioning.

Outside is the fabulous private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols that allow you to sunbathe for as long as you like. The perfectly manicured garden also has a porch with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue area and a toilet. There is also a football field with artificial grass, a basketball goal, a trampoline and a swing area for children, which makes this home the ideal holiday destination to enjoy with the whole family.

Access to the house is possible via an unpaved lane.
