Arenal volcano, hiking trails, ziplining, hanging bridges, hot springs, ATV’s, rafting, horseback riding, boat tours, kayaking and much more. Enjoy! Stay amongst the trees providing excellent bird watching and howler monkey sightings. Watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll in and out over the lake and mountains. Cool evening breezes.

Lake Arenal - Rockstar style ! Pura Vida !

I am so short of words that i would love to just write pages and pages Our host Sky was one of the best in all our years of having rented through VRBO Not only was he very informative, but more than that was so hands on 
. Attended to our smallest need We started thinking of him as a good friend who was always watching out for us to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable And the bungalow 
.. dont know where to start and where to end Nested on the top of the hill overlooking Lake Arenal we got so used to waking up to the spectacular view that we are already in withdrawal !!It is said that Pictures paint a story However pictures dont do justice to how amazing this bungalow was 
.Amenities top any house i have ever been to in the past Given the opportunity again we would love to come back and stay at this bungalow and that says a lot about how as creatures that enjoy variety we still crave more of this bungalow !!Sky and his bungalow are true Rockstars !!!

Beautiful home & Wonderful Host!!

Sky was incredibly communicative from the time we booked our stay through the end. He met us at the door when we arrived (at night) to let us in and show us around. As 2 female travelers we felt very safe and comfortable at this property immediately. Sky is warm and welcoming and fun to chat with! He made sure we had everything we nedded before leaving us to settle in. We loved the cleanliness and the esthetics of this home. The deck was absolutely amazing! It overlooks the lake and there is an abundance of wildlife to watch. We loved listening to the howler monkies and birds. We were out on adventures for most of the days and wished we had more time to enjoy the home and its features! We would love to return to this property for another trip! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! needed.

Amazing and relaxing!!

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, new, top-notch quality! It was eclectic modern with a rock and roll theme. The place was well stocked. It had everything you would possibly need and more. The refrigerator was stocked with all essentials even bread, butter, milk and farm fresh eggs. The outdoor areas were so relaxing and private. The view of Lake Arenal was beautiful and amazing. We loved sitting on the back deck, listening to the birds, frogs and Howler monkeys. We didn’t want to leave. The host, Sky, was wonderful. He was so quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants. You could tell the pride he has in his place. Oh and the beds were so very comfortable! I just can’t say enough! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!!! Pura Vida!!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The place is beautifully designed with a gorgeous lookout – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of Costa Rica. The outdoor space and views are absolutely breathtaking.Sky was super accommodating and responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. The home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need – it’s clear that every little detail has been thoughtfully considered. From kitchen supplies to cozy furnishings, it felt like a true home away from home.The location is fantastic – just a short drive to many of the main attractions in the area. I’d definitely recommend this property for families, especially if you’re renting a car. It’s peaceful, private, and incredibly comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Stunning Escape!

Wow! We loved every inch of this beautiful property with stunning views to Lake Arenal set in quintessential CR jungle with all its lushness and wildlife sounds. Sky couldn’t be more warm and welcoming, and has kitted out the house better than any we have been in - such an extra bonus to have all of your needs considered! From extra ponchos to bath robes to binoculars and every kitchen amenity! So good. Morning coffee on the balcony was dreamy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property and Host

Rockstar is a gorgeous property, well appointed, comfortable, clean, secure, and has beautiful views. The best thing about this property is Sky and his attention to detail! He was amazing with directions and was highly communicative as we were arriving. That made us feel so comfortable. He provided some snacks and food so when we came in late, we had something to eat and then coffee and breakfast food for the morning. He also provided ponchos, umbrellas, binoculars, sunscreen and bug spray since we forgot for that first day. All the little touches were so very thoughtful!! We won’t stay anywhere else when we come to CR. Thanks, Sky!!
