From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach front pedestrian pathway (aprx.6km) passing in front of your villa, have exceptional views of the whole area and enjoy a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the wonderful coast line.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer), utility room, living/dining area, large veranda overlooking the sea and a guest toilet.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, all offering ample fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have balcony offering exceptional sea views. There is also another one bedroom with bathroom and toilet in the lower floor, ideal for children using comfortable sofa beds. In this level is the sauna. Free baby cots are available.

The property is decorated with natural stone and have access to the sea in short walk passing the road. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, a gazebo with built-in BBQ and large covered veranda. The finishing and decoration inside and outside are of the highest quality and latest design.

The area:

This fabulous villa has the benefit of short distance to several taverns and bars, a coffee shop/grill, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The villa is situated in a private location, in the beautiful village of Argaka, a traditional Cypriot village, about 6-8 minutes’ drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes’ drive from Paphos town and Paphos International Airport. Larnaka airport 2 hours’ drive.

The area offers plenty opportunities for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi marina with its famous fish taverns and Polis Chrysochous sea front town, are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.

At the small harbour in nearby Pomos you’ll also find traditional taverns scattered along the coastline.
