Layout

Villa Jan Lui is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private
swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The main
entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living
room with dining area and kitchen. There are four bedrooms, two double
bedrooms (one is with en suite bathroom) and two twin bedrooms with en
suite bathrooms, and one family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Really lovely stay - nice villa in good spot across the road from sea; very friendly, helpful and efficient hosts. It is not super luxurious but is very comfortable pretty well equipped with a great pool and fantastic access to the sea.

Really well positioned, lovely place

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good villa with decent outside space with loads of room. Pool is bigger than usual and really clean. Only downside is that it's closer to the main road than you'd think, but it's fairly quiet, with only the odd loud vehicle.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Latchi and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Agni Travel at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

The pool is just great and having breakfast just outside next to the pool or at the terrace with the sea view is amazing. The villa cleaning, pool maintenance were great.

Its 5 minutes to the village and has bars, restaurants and 20 minutes to another one that provides plenty of activities and entertainment. Villa has a great pool and fantastic access to the sea. wow wow wow. When we arrived we could not believe how close the beach really was! Then, after unpacking, we walked to the nearby taverna Caretta beach bar. Was amazing watching the sun set over the sea. Other nights we spent at the Santa Barbara taverna; such a friendly welcome. It was our first time to Cyprus and definitely will not be our last!
