The spacious and bright living area, which was fully renovated in 2020, features comfortable and stylish furnishings, including a large living room with satellite TV and an exit leading to the garden and patio.
The house has two large double bedrooms, each with its own exit to the garden.
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table.
There are also 2 showers, bidets, and toilets.
