The shower fixtures were leaking water. The breakfast was only ok and seemed weirdly empty around 8am already. The sauna is cute but could use some more clear instructions on how to use it, what areas can get wet etc and it could be hotter. The shuttle bus is extremely convenient and was punctual in both directions for me.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and always loved it, but since it went from Connect to Aiden a few years back I’ve seen a slow but steady decline. The food order service have been moved to a digital terminal thus making it less personable and it seems as if the chef has been replaced by heating up frozen items. Some of the towels are frayed, and the tv and trash bins have been broken at separate times. Breakfast hours are great and the food is still totally ok, however this time I ended up getting a used spoon and an unwashed plate from the clean bins at two separate times during breakfast. Even the bus drivers seem to have lost their humor. I’m sad to say I will start looking into other options.

The rooms while outdated were clean. The staff was professional and friendly. There’s parking and a shuttle to and from the hotel with pick up starting at 3am. Breakfast is from 4am to 10am.

It was hard to find where on their website it listed where to catch the shuttle at the airport. But the shuttle was incredibly convenient to get back and forth, and there was a wide variety of foods for breakfast.

We had a great stay . Loved the ease of check in and out . The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from . Rooms were full of amenities and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bonus was the shuttle to and from the airport.
