Holiday home on a quiet, shady, private property

In the middle of centuries-old olive trees lies the Mas des Oliviers. For rent are two holiday houses as well as an apartment in the main house.
On this 1.5 ha (15,000 m²) park-like property you will always find a quiet place to relax, even during the high season.

Your recently renovated 60m² house welcomes you in its very spacious living/dining room, equipped with a comfortable sitting area and large dining table. In the separate kitchen you have plenty of space to cook even larger menus. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the usual cooking utensils. Furthermore there is a quiet bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 160 cm), a small children's room and a shower room with toilet. To the south is the covered terrace with garden furniture. The house is very well insulated and therefore does not heat up too much in summer, but on the other hand it is easy and quick to heat up in the colder season. For cosy evenings by the fire, there is a decorative wood-burning stove. The car parking space is located within the fenced property directly in front of the holiday home.

Bedings/towels:
Bedings/towels are not included in the rent. Usually, our guests come by car and bring their own bedings/towels. For guests coming by plane and cannot bring their items, we have bedings/towels to rent. The rental-fee is 15 euros per person.

The cleaning fee is 50 euros if you don't want to clean up the appartment by yourself at the end of your stay.

We advise to subscribe an insurance in case you have to cancel your stay for health reason or others..
