Situated right at the water's edge, you're just a few short steps away from an expansive double-decker boathouse with more than enough room for sunning & swimming, fishing & floating, and even a boat slip for guests' use. (Kayaks, too!)This desirable property boasts year-round deep water and approximately 170 feet of solid rock shoreline. You will be conveniently located just minutes from two marinas offering boat and Jet-ski rentals (1.0 and 2.5 miles, by water).

This private property is beautifully landscaped with native plantings in front and back. You will appreciate cooling off and taking in the scenery on the rustic downstairs porch. Additionally, you'll enjoy the main-floor deck for grilling and socializing, or perhaps just quietly unwinding in the lovely screened-in outdoor room by the lake - a naturally serene spot to relax.
