A Home with Heart & A Story
Bayberry Retreat has been part of my family’s story for more than 25 years. I raised my family here, and it has been the backdrop for countless birthday celebrations, holiday traditions, neighborhood gatherings, and life's moments that matter most.

Opening my home to guests is a natural extension of something I’ve always loved—bringing people together. Whether it’s around the dinner table, gathered around the fire pit, or simply enjoying time with the people you love, I believe the best memories are created when we slow down, connect, and savor the moment.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for everything that makes the Chesapeake region so special. Cooking is one of my passions, and I love discovering exceptional restaurants—from iconic seafood spots and waterfront favorites to hidden gems that many visitors never find. If you’re looking for the perfect crab cake, a memorable date-night dinner, or a great local brunch, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.

Music is another lifelong passion. Annapolis has an incredible live music scene, and over the years I’ve gotten to know many of the talented local musicians and venues that make it so unique. Whether you’re looking for an intimate acoustic set, waterfront live music, jazz, blues, or a lively band to dance the night away, I’m happy to share my favorite spots and help you experience the city like a local.

The Chesapeake Bay has always been a big part of my life. As a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and owner of a private sailing charter business, I have the privilege of sharing its beauty with others. There’s nothing quite like experiencing the Bay under sail—the peaceful rhythm of the water, the fresh breeze, and unforgettable sunsets that stay with you long after you’ve returned home.
