Enjoy our prime location DIRECTLY south of Arnolds Park Amusement Park & the Arnolds Park Preservation Plaza (see images of maps/location), where all the big outdoor concerts happen and ADJACENT to Emerald Hills Golf Club. Just a stone's throw from all you need for action, you can walk to Farmer's Market, Scooters, Nektar, The Emporium, and Broadway where Captain's, Nautical, Murphy's, Smokin' Jakes, and more. Trails are easily accessible, as is getting in and out of town from the south/Milford.

Enjoy yourself and time with loved ones in this COZY, LUXURIOUS, and FUN condo that can sleep 4 adults in the 2 bedrooms both with king beds, 2-3 more depending on age on the pullout couch, plus 2 kiddos on the nice quality air mattress.

—You will enjoy direct, private access into the condo from the main entryway on the north side of the condo and drop your bags right in the foyer.

—Up to the second floor you go where you'll find the an open living space which is laid out perfectly for quality time and decorated with whimsy and fun in mind.
—The spacious living room offers access to the suspended balcony patio that offers views of Emerald Hills Golf Club and all the comings and goings of this new HOA community. The patio is outfitted with comfy outdoor seating to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and concert tunes from across at The Promenade.

—The dining area seats 8+, and is great for games, hosting guests for meals, or remote work.
—The kitchen shines here with marbled quartz counters, counter height island with seating, stainless appliances, and a sink that overlooks sunset views. The crockery and cutlery are convivial, with plenty of jovial Rae Dunn ware, Keurig & Café coffee makers, toaster, electric tea kettle, plus wine lover accessories: decanter, various glasses, openers, and more.
—Additional kitchen accoutrements include a dual chamber air fryer, chic colorful pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, storage containers, hammered silverware, and all utensils needed for making a full meal. Also off the kitchen is a pantry and a powder room.

—On the third floor you will find the laundry area, the main bathroom, main bedroom, plus the primary en suite space.
All bathrooms have quartz counters and tile floors.
—The main bathroom is a tub/shower and offers tower storage cabinetry. The main bedroom features a king bed and a blowup mattress for kiddos, with a walk in closet. On the way to the primary ensuite is a cozy reading nook, great for a short reprieve from the hustle and bustle of vacation.
—The primary ensuite features its own bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom offers dual sinks and a tile shower with glass doors.
—The king beds are outfitted with bamboo KicKee sheets and the mattresses and pillows are plush. Additionally, the sectional couch pulls out to sleep an additional 2-3 people, and there is a blow-up mattress for kiddos.

—Across from the garage is an outdoor grassy space for outdoor games, and in the garage you will find cornhole/bags, ladder toss, giant yard pong, and lightup outdoor frisbee.

—This condo association is working to install a pool with their second phase (completed sometime in summer 2025), which will only add to the quality time in years to come.

Stay at Joy Ann to get away, catch up on some R&R, or start/continue the Okoboji lake life tradition!
