Stay in a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY and updated cozy cabin located on the pond!
This is a 2 Bed, 2 Bath(by end of May 2022)
There are sleeping accommodations for 9 people.

***Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King size bed.
***Bedroom #2 is furnished with a Twin trundle bed.
BOTTOM TRUNDLE WEIGHT LIMIT #200
Accommodates 2 people.


The main living space has a
***Queen Murphy bed with a cooling gel mattress(accommodates 2 people)
***Queen size Sofa sleeper with a cooling gel mattress(accommodates 2 people)
****Chair and 1/2 sleeper with a cooling gel mattress (accommodates 1)

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from small appliances, such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, bakeware, grilling utensils.

The cabin has free WiFi and 3 Smart TV’s and the one in the master bedroom has an Amazon Fire stick( must put in your own password and then delete before your departure)with up to 80 channels are supplied for your enjoyment if you choose to stay inside!!!!

A propane gas grill and outdoor patio furniture and gas fire pit are provided for you to relax out on the pond during your stay.

A new and updated fully furnished bathroom including plenty of towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo. I even provided beach towels for swimming!

Brand new LG Wash tower are there for your convenience including soap and dryer sheets.

A iron and ironing board are located in the garage hanging inside the utility closet.
Many yards games are provided for the guests!!(Located in the garage)
A fishing/kayaking pond is located right out your back door!!!

There is a relaxing patio complete with a fire pit for you to enjoy the beautiful evenings of Okoboji!! Chill with your favorite beverage after a full filled day in Okoboji/Arnold’s Park!!!
There is a dual gas/pellet grill/smoker for to use to prepare your favorite meals as well!!!

A credit card must be given & on file to act as a damage deposit.

About the Resort:
Bridges Bay is the most popular resort in the Okoboji Lakes Region. Included is the use of several outdoor pools, one with a swim up bar, Lazy River and large Indoor Water Park, Fun for All Ages infant to Adult,3 on site restaurants and bars(lakeside Bracco, Blue Water Pizza and fine dining The Waters Edge Grill) and also a snack counter!
There is a mini store for your convenience, also an outdoor patio with gas grills to use at the common area of the resort.

Excellent location- easy walk to Bridges Bay Resort or Waterfront Event Center (for my son’s wedding)! Clean and cute home and comfortable beds! Master was tight space but worked for us. Newly updated garage area added a lot also. The patio out back was perfect for a relaxing fire in the evening. It was fun to see the kids/adults fishing on the pond. Highly recommend as Nancy was wonderful!

Topically clean but not deep clean

Panties found in a bed. Park braclet and popcorn kernels in another bed. Pet hair on beds, pillows, furniture, outdoor furniture. Outdoor furniture also had mold on several of the seats. There were plenty of towel, bedding, outdoor games, a few indoor games, Deceiving detail on bed situation. 3 of the sleeping options are all located in a small living room. You can not use all 3 of them with completely rearranging the living room.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Lake Okoboji home! Nancy is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We came from Arizona for a family reunion, and everyone agreed that our rental was the favorite! The space was perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. One of the best surprises was the garage—it was a huge hit with the teenagers, who loved having their own space to hang out.This home truly felt like a home away from home. The whole family is already talking about coming back next year. Thank you, Nancy, for making our trip so special!

Family Vacation

The rental was labeled a cabin, but it was a house with more amenities than we expected. The kitchen had all the cooking pots, pans, casserole dishes than we would ever need. Everyone loved the Keurig coffee maker. The washer and dryer were new and convenient. The garage had been converted into a family room and an additional bathroom. A nice yard in the back allowed us room to play croquet and we were a short walking distance from the Bridges Bay pool and water park. It was a great place to stay.

clean and pleasant small cabin

We had a great stay in this clean and pleasant cabin. The area had lots of fun things to do! The cabin had 2 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise and the garage was converted to a game room. We had 2 kids and 4 adults- we were a little cramped but enjoyed our stay overall!

Great place to stay in Okoboji

The garage is a bonus room! My teen boys loved gaming during the rainy days we had! We enjoyed the beautiful patio and fire pit when it finally stopped raining. Would definitely recommend this wonderful cabin. We'll be planning to stay here again! Jennifer

Absolutely wonderful!

This is one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at! Everything from the cleanliness, to communication with property manager, to location, etc. is above and beyond! We really appreciated all the extra touches that made our stay feel like home (coffee bar, soda fridge, game area in the garage space, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and more)! Great place!

This was not our first time at Bridges Bay but was our first time staying at the houses their. We will definitely be back! This was such a cute place and the outside fire pit and table were great. We spent a lot of time out there and my kids loved it. It was also a great location, very close to the resort and pool. We brought a wagon and just loaded that up every time we went down to the docks or the pool, it was great. We will be back!

A little peace of paradise in Iowa

We stayed here due to a large family vacation while they rest of our extended family stayed in one cabin together we decided to get our own cabin for our family with our two small children. The home was spotless and in great condition! It had everything we could think of needing in the bathrooms and kitchen, even an awesome grill outside. The garage was converted to a nice living area as well. The host was awesome, she was always available if we needed anything and she checked in once we arrived to see if we needed anything. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back to stay here! Reserve this property you wont regret it!! If I could give this property and host 10 stars I would.

Wonderful lake cabin!

We had a terrific vacation staying here. The cabin was very clean and had all of the necessities that we needed. Everything inside is updated and very comfortable! The host was extremely pleasant to work with and quick to respond if we had questions. The resort is a great place if you are lake people and have a boat OR if you just want to use their facilities. We will be booking again next year!
