Great time
We had a great time in this holiday apartment. The space is just enough for a family of four. The communication and the hospitality with the responsible persons was perfect. We highly appreciated the flexibility with check- in/- out times. The location is very nice with the kids being happy as the pool was just outside the door. To pay extra for sunbeds is a small minus. Thank you for everything.

Gute Lage, jedoch Wohnung wie Überbauung in die Jahre gekommen
Die Lage von Parque Santiago 2 ist sehr gut. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und zur Strandpromenade sind es nur wenige Schritte.
Leider haben wir die Wohnung in schmutzigem Zustand vorgefunden. Nach Reklamation bei der Vermieterin wurde die Wohnung am 2. Tag gereinigt. Der Zustand der Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, vieles war schlecht unterhalten (Badezimmer, Dusche, Küche, wackeliges Bett usw.). Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten im Treppenhaus konnte man in den ersten Tagen im kleinen Schlafzimmer kaum schlafen - sehr lauter Baulärm ab 07.30 Uhr!!
Schön war, dass bei Ankunft der Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Milch, Orangensaft und Cava bestückt war. Zudem stand frisches Obst und Gebäck für uns bereit. Die Vermieterin María hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, vielen Dank.
