Studio In Beautiful Quiet Complex with AIR CON Communal Pool - FREE WIFI

This lovely studio apartment is located in the ever-popular complex of the Port Royale Los Cristianos. Being the subject of a refurbishment programme, everything is new in the apartment, bathroom, furniture etc. This is a very comfortable and good-quality studio to rent. with Free WIFI and Air Con (coin-operated) which is 1 Euro per hour. Port Royale is a very popular complex with its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The complex has an Italian restaurant (and take-away) on-site and a launderette. It is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sports facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc). The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15-minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5 min walk.

We also have another beautiful 1 bedroomed apartment 5 min walk from Port Royale in Los Diamantes 2 just down the hill on the right.

Nice quiet location didn't expect kitchen and bedroom with no wall separation. I suffer with heart and lung problems. The steep walk and steps very demanding.

Pleasant Stay

Great communication from the owner prior to arrival with regards to key access to the property. The studio was spotless upon arrival. Clean towels were provided. Everything was provided as promised. The beds were comfortable, all the kitchen facilities were available should you wish to dine in. English Tv. Lovely quiet complex. The heated pool was an absolute triumph. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Nice apartment - slightly dated

The apartment was pretty much as advertised,if a little more dated than expected. WiFi good and everything you needed was supplied. The owner was very quick to respond when we had password problems with the Wi-Fi - replied to email within 10 mins and all was sorted. Stay was worth the price but the property is in need of a face lift.

Excellent stay

Super clean studio that had everything myself & my daughter needed for a short 4 day break. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the photographs. The pool area is lovely & never an issue getting a sun bed. There is a water machine available close to the pool charging 10 cents a litre, which was really handy for top ups during the day or to refill larger bottles rather than carrying them up from the supermarket. From our initial booking & throughout our stay, communication with the host Ed was excellent, nothing was an issue & he was always quick to respond. The walk downhill to the harbour is approx 15/20 mins, alternatively there are good bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk, along with a decent supermarket. As others have mentioned, the last 5min or so walk back up to the apartment can be challenging due to it’s steepness but we didn’t find this a negative but a keep fit positive!! For those who’d rather jump in a taxi, the fare is less than 4 euros. Altogether a fantastic place on a quiet well maintained complex, I would highly recommend.

Perfect short stay accommodation

Myself and my teenage daughter stayed here for a short break and it was perfect for us. A safe, quiet residential complex with private pool in a newly renovated area. Ed, the owner was friendly and helpful leading up to and during the trip. The apartment has everything you need and more and was comfortable, well maintained and as seen in photos. The complex is situated at the top of a hill and took us 15-17 mins to walk to the main beach area. Fine for us but there’s a taxi rank nearby and the rates are reasonable. Nice restaurants and supermarket within short walking distance. Thank you Ed for your lovely apartment

Perfect stay!

I stayed four nights in Ed’s place and had a wonderful rest. It’s super clean, had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Easy to find with great instructions and everything in working order. The pool is literally 3 mins walk away and never too packed to find a sun bed. Thank you for making it so easy for me to relax. Would definitely return.

Had everything we needed

Great little apartment on a residential development, lovely and quiet and well kept. The apartment was clean and very safe and secure with a nice view of the sea and had everything that we needed for a week. The pool area was perfect and lots of bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets within a very short stroll. Plenty of other restaurants within a 10/15 minute stroll and the beach is about a15 minute walk. There are plenty of taxis and taxi ranks if you don't fancy the uphill walk back. A taxi from the beach was only 3.50e. There is a very helpful lady who runs the onsite office who speaks English & Spanish if you do need any help. The owners provided excellent instructions for finding the apartment. Excellent WIFI. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Chill week with my best friend

We had a lovely week at this beautiful studio apartment. I know Port Royale very well and usually stay in my Uncle’s place in the complex. The communication with Ed was very good and we had no problems at all while we were there. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a peaceful, comfortable stay.

This is a lovely apartment in a peaceful residential complex. The owner was always on hand to help with any issues that arose during my stay. It is at the top of a hill but this does not bother me. Only a short walk away from shops, restaurants, beach etc. I travelled alone and always felt safe.

We have just returned from our holiday and had a lovely time. Ed was extremely communicative and helpful with us throughout the entire holiday process, (from booking through to departure), and always answered the phone to answer any queries from us, which put us at ease a great amount and has to be commended. Terrific Stay

Had a wonderful stay in a location we are very familiar with. The apartment, located in a very clean and quiet complex, is ideal for two 2 people. It has all the essentials including TV with lots of channels, good quality free wifi and a large shower with great washer pressure for a refreshing start to and end to the day. Close by there are a number of good, very reasonably priced restaurants. Slightly further away there are plenty of bars and other restaurants with plenty of entertainment, including tribute acts (some good, some not so good). Recommend you dine at: El Pincho - great Tapas El Ciné - fantastic fresh fish Taberna Cántabra - sharing boards and wine Harriets Tea Room - Big slabs of home baked cakes La Tasca 7 - Watch the sun go down with a ridiculous measure of Drambuie 4.50 euros We (60 plus) usually walk to and from the beachfront twice a day and some people (wimps) think the hill is a bit steep. If you're a wimp a taxi from the rank (always plenty available) is only 5 euros (and that includes a 2 euro tip). Booking is easy, responses to questions are quick and instructions for arrival are detailed. Highly recommend.

Clean, tidy apartment on a quiet complex.

This apartment has everything we needed and is clean and tidy, on a very quiet complex with friendly residents. There is a supermarket and couple of restaurants with in 5 min walk, we had our breakfast at Hollywood Mirage everyday with a all you can eat buffet served from 08.30 - 11.00. We will be returning again next year.

Bright spacious studio.

Very well equipped studio. Excellent Wi-Fi. Lovely pool area. Very clean. Had a problem with entry code on arrival due to home and away website. Ed sorted it asap and rest was plain sailing. Recommended.
