This beautiful house amid the fields of Artà, with a great private pool and surrounded by a beautiful garden, welcomes 7 guests.
This wonderful villa offers marvellous corners where you will spend a dream-like stay. The green garden is surrounded by plants, trees and flowers as well as a great terrace which is perfectly furnished with 7 sun loungers and a barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. You also can relax in other corners maybe enjoying a coffee or tea and a good reading. However, the best of it all is the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. There's an exterior shower. Privacy is partial since there are neighbours around.

The house comprises two buildings. The interior of the main house, with two floors, surprises with a rustic and special decoration. On entering we find a nice dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and everything you need. Then we have three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. If you are travelling with babies, you will be offered up to two cots and two high chairs. There is also a separate bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. On the first floor you will find the living room with a natural stone wall and a dining area with access to the outside. During the winter days, you can make a warm fire in the wood cooker and watch a film on the satellite TV, or switch on the central heating. On the other hand, there is a small attached house with an entrance hall and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden. And finally, there is an outside toilet and the laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board in a garage.

The property is located in a quiet and idyllic environment surrounded by the Levante mountains. Those who love exercising outdoors and the beach will find here their second home since the golf course of Capdepera as well as the sandy beach of Son Moll or Canyamel are reachable in a 10 - 15 minutes drive. Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana and Cala Estreta are natural coves towards the north. Cala Ratjada highlights thanks to its day and night lively atmosphere. The promenade offers a great variety of restaurants and cafes and you will find shops and supermarkets in the town centre.

The pool does not have a jacuzzi.
