The Residence is a few meters (50) from the sea. The apartment is perfect for elderly people and families with small children because it does not have access stairs and is very convenient for loading and unloading baggage because for the necessary time it is possible to stop in front of the apartment. In the residence there is a reserved parking area protected by a barrier and is therefore also suitable for protecting any motorcycles. Next to the apartment there is a coin-operated washing machine and cleaning is done during the week. It is possible to have extra cleaning for a fee. On the upper floors there is a splendid terrace with a breathtaking view of the Pevero where children and adults can meet. In the upper part there is the restaurant "Il Pulcino" where you can book pizzas and more. For lovers of nightlife in the same area there is a famous nightclub. Porto Cervo is 3km away. The beach of Grande Pevero is 200m away

Bellissima posizione, location un po' rumorosa

Appartamento molto carino, ordinato e pulito. Bel terrazino a piano terra con tavolo per mangiare fuori. La proprietaria disponibile e carina. Peccato per il residence molto rumoroso e che non favorisce il relax notturno e mattiniero.
