Gorgeous villa in great location

This is a really lovely villa in a fantastic rural location with magnificent views. Beaches and other sites of interest are within a short car ride away. We were six adults and enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the substantial pool. What made this villa particularly special was the attention we were given by Alberto, the property manager. He went out of his way to provide us with all sorts of useful information from beaches to restaurants to the best places to buy fish. We had a couple of rainy days and he immediately sent us details of alternative rainy day activities. We really appreciated this! We all loved the villa and are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Excellent villa that suited the needs of the whole family

Lovely location and excellent villa to suit the needs of our family of 5. (All 18+) Alberto’s recommendation where all great and he was very responsive to any queries we raised. Only problem was the WiFi access in the bungalow which kept dropping out. Thank you for your hospitality

We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination.

Wonderful place

We (a big family group from grandparents to small children) greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful - the view of the mountains from the big, open- air dining table is stunning and we witnessed many magical sunsets from the terrace. We loved the pool and the privacy of the space, while being close to the pretty town of San Pantaleo and many beaches. Alberto, the caretaker (same name as the owner), is super responsive and helpful. One word of caution: our rental encompassed the entire compound. It appears the owners are planning some changes and may, in future, rent the main level and the lower level separately. This would affect the privacy of the space and may be something to be aware of.

Great holiday

A great villa for a family celebration. We had a wonderful holiday. Well equipped with everything we needed including a totally cute kitten! Unfortunately a couple of the air conditioning units weren’t working. Cooling off in the excellent pool was definitely more fun as the weather was very hot but air conditioning overnight made sleeping more comfortable. Alberto was helpful and welcoming but we didn’t see him all week as there were no problems. We would certainly come again if we need a large family villa.

Sardinia paradise turned problematic with little resolution

On arrival the home clearly had not had been checked or opened for guests. We were told a strict 4pm check in and you would expect a home that’s been atleast checked to see if things are in working order. The villa when we walked in was hot, humid, and had an order of not being cleaned recently. The refrigerator in the kitchen and airconditioning was malfunctioning. The air was non existent and the temperature of the kitchen was 100 degrees. We immediately contacted the manager and the Vrbo contact as to our issues. They were quick to respond however the said person to come and check it out never came out. My father in law was required to carry a refrigerator from the basement to the upstairs to remedy the issue of the fridge. They brought a fan the next day which blew around the hot air from the kitchen. The bathroom toilet water would run constantly and looked like it would overflow. Overall the hole cleanliness lacked and would recommend an exterminator for the ants. The washer machine took hours to work if it worked and the sheets/towels were questionable. Would not stay again.

Great week away

First time to Sardinia and this property is central to many good little beaches and restaurants. Rooms are all good size with ensuite bathrooms. Lovely views and we had good fun in the pool. Beware of mosquitos and wasps! A ping pong table or football table would make an excellent addition. Great house and would definitely recommend Agriturismo for Sardinian feast!!

Fantastic Villa with lots of space, great views and really good sized pool.

Our family of 10 had a great time. The villa is very spacious, and has wonderful views from the dining area and the pool which is a really good size and great for kids. The house is split over 2 levels with 3 bedrooms to the main house 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs where the gym is and a separate double bedroom which provided a nice annex for one of our guests. Sardinia is absolutely beautiful, great beaches and food. Would definitely recommend renting a boat from Palau to explore the islands to the north which have some amazing secluded beaches only reachable by boat, In August the beaches are busy so either go with the crowd at smaller beaches or choose some of the larger beaches which may not have the attractive coves but still offer crystal clear waters. San Pantaleo is a lovely little town with good restaurants and cafes. Alberto was really helpful on check in/out and also with anything we needed during our stay. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend the villa as an ideal base to explore Costa Smerelda and return to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Excellent vacation

Our stay was excellent. 6 adults and 4 children. Villa has a very good location. There are many beautiful beaches within 20 km. Liscia Ruja, Rena Bianca, Mannena, Del Principe I can only recommend. The pool is large and there is also a self-cleaning robot. Each room and bathroom were prepared and clean, towels were available. Kitchen equipment is sufficient - excellent coffee - thank you, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster. Air conditioning in each room, plus two in the living room. Weber gas grill, excellent steaks and fish. Certainly I recommend visiting the city of San Pantaleo - a beautiful city closest to the villa. For us, be more beautiful than Porto Cervo. Do not miss an aperitif at the sunset at the Phi Beach Club in Baja Sardinia, which is just 15 minutes from the villa. Thanks to Albert for our perfect holiday in Sardinia. We will definitely return.

Everything was as hoped for and better than expected. Beautiful setting, perfectly appointed residence. Salt water pool a secluded sun spot that kept adults and children constantly happy and amused. Property close to the charming San Panteleo and within 20 mins of a plethora of stunning beaches and Olbia. A fabulous holiday never to forget. Thank you Alberto and Alberto.

Fantastic stay at Villa Almira!

Spent a week at villa almira with our extended family from Spain. The villa is perfect as each of the bedrooms has its own bath and plenty of space overall. The views of the Sardinian countryside are priceless! The location was perfect as well in close proximity to all the beaches of costa smerelda. Highly recommend for a large group and Albert was a fantastic host!

Super Adresse für eine entspannte Zeit auf Sardinien

Wir haben das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (+ Nespresso Maschine). Besonders toll ist die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die Berge und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge/Sternenhimmel. Die Lage gefiel uns ebenso und eignete sich gut für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und Strandbesuche. Wir haben super Tipps von dem wunderbaren Alberto (Caretaker) erhalten.

Tolles Haus im wunderschöner Lage

Wir waren zu 7 - zwei Familien in diesem Haus für eine Woche. Es war traumhaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Die Lage ist toll auf dem Berg. Alberto (eine Art Hausmeister) ist super - total hilfsbereit und seine Tipps sind super. Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Er hat uns super Tips gegeben für die Bäckerei im Dorf, die Fischerei im Nachbarsdorf und die Restaurants. Auch die von ihm empfohlene Strände waren toll. Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus und auch tolle Betreuung

Très belle villa dans l'arrière-pays

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable dans la belle villa d'Alberto avec nos amis et nos enfants. Le cadre dans la campagne est magnifique, la piscine très grande, la maison vraiment spacieuse et très bien équipée (notamment la cuisine), la climatisation fonctionne très bien. De très belles plages à 10 minutes en voiture, le superbe village de San Pantaleo à 5 minutes. Attention toutefois, la villa comporte un autre appartement et vous devrez peut-être partager le jardin et la piscine avec un autre groupe. Pour nous, cela s'est plutôt bien passé, hormis la première nuit où ils ont été un peu bruyants, nous ne les avons quasiment pas entendus ni croisés sur le reste du séjour !

Beautiful villa surrounded by nature

This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area.

Meravigliosa!

É stato un soggiorno meraviglioso, tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza al check-in di Alberto con i vari consigli tutti azzeccati e a disposizione durante tutta la vacanza, alla struttura ricca di tutto l'occorrente necessario e anche di più! L'unica cosa da segnalare magari di rinnovare in parte il pentolame e le attrezzature della cucina e la pulizia dei cassetti. Il resto tutto perfetto!

Beautiful house in the heartland of the Costa Smeralda

We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage area - not visible - where a forklift truck drove during the day and beeped very annoyingly when reversing. We would book again at any time!

Amazing time in Sardegna

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. It happens rarely that the description of an object fits 100 % with the reality. Here it was the case! Everything was perfect including the were nice and helpful people maintaining the house. Alberto, the responsible on side, was extremely well organized and supported us whenever it was needed.
