Private: property 300 m2, beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond. In the house: bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: width 220 cm. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Kerver" 700 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
"La Demeure de Tumiac", 4-room house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Very beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Forced-air heating, underfloor heating. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Notre hôte a été accueillant et fort sympathique. Nous avons profité des aménagements extérieurs mais aussi de la cheminée, ce qui fût particulièrement agréable.
