I love my stays here; however, the last two stays were not as pleasant. My partner and I were awakened at midnight buy someone banging on our door because someone at the front desk forgot to file our room for another night that was booked and paid for. Then the housekeepers tried to come in our room, and we were naked and it was only 9:30 checkout was 11:00. Luckly, we had the latch on the door but that was rude and happened the week prior as well. I stay here a lot when i travel the area for work and while i do enjoy it i believe they need to communicate especially with housekeeping the importance of KNOCKING and making sure the room is vacant.

Parking lot very well lit, entrance was clean and welcoming. Guest serviced was super helpful and efficient. She had check in down to a T! Lobby was clean. Room was really nice, I enjoyed the freshness of the room when we walked in. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower curtain was in great condition (pet peeve of mine). I heard no noise all night, even with a fully packed parking lot.

Guest Laundry unavailable and needed maintenance

We were here for a lacrosse tournament which means stinky uniforms and lots of dirty laundry. I specifically chose this hotel over other hotels because they had a guest laundry that I could wash my son's clothes since the tournament was all weekend with multiple games. I went to use the laundry facilities and the washing machine was broke. The dryer was working but that wasn't much help. I asked the front desk clerk if there was another laundry area in the hotel-she told me no that their maintenance guy quit and they were attempting to buy a new machine. She did tell me about a laundromat down the street-but I literally paid more money to stay at this hotel for the convenience of laundry facilities in the hotel. There was a lot of wear and tear in our room. The black out roller shade had holes and what looked like cuts all through it which obviously let in tons of sunlight and looked worse for wear. Also the shower curtain built in rings were either ripped off or big tears.

The ceiling in the bathroom must have suffered water damage and the ceiling was not repaired. Driwall was pealing in multiple areas. Shower had cracks in the corners.
