This property is very close to parkway visitor center and ashville downtown. Front desk really helped us to figure it out local attractions and had healthy breakfast.

The room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of space to hang clothes and store two suitcases. The staff was friendly. We didn’t have any issues with the air conditioning or parking.

Great value - everything I like and nothing I don't like. Quiet property, big room, real bathroom door (no barn door), great a/c with constant fan feature, pro front desk staff, good lighting in room, good breakfast, easy parking, quick drive to basic amenities like grocery, Waffle House, even urgent care. Have stayed before; great value.

Comfy cozy

The front desk was pleasant and very professional. The bed was super comfortable and they even provided two types of pillows: soft and alittle firmer. Great stay!!

Just one but a major issue.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. The only problem I had was that the A/C unit blew the room darkening curtains open all night. The parking lot had huge bright lights which is a good thing, but not when it keeps you up all night. Needs to have a different room darkening shade system.

We have stay in others Comfort Inn and have a great experience but this time I think they should take more care of the facilities. Didn’t like the smell as soon as you enter the facilities. One of the morning the breakfast area was dirty with milk spill all over the floor the trash area with stain making not feel welcoming to eat. Didn’t have a variety of options too basic. The room look clean but didn’t feel like it, the microwave had it to move to another table cause couldn’t reach the plug, fridge with stain in the inside and broken. Sorry don’t like to do this kind of review but hope this helps to improve facilities.
