Completely remodeled 1955 2 bed/1 bath bungalow with covered patio on 1.5 acres of open space and mature trees bordering a bold creek along the back of the property.

Enjoy a mix of heirloom/antique furniture & local artwork combined with modern amenities including 1 Gig internet speed, 55” TV with YouTube TV, and a fully loaded kitchen with gas range to seek your inner chef.

Beautiful weather? The covered patio provides a great area to enjoy meals and drinks with family or friends, watching for the local wildlife, or enjoying a cool breeze, all while listening to the creek in the background.

Too cold to be outside? The living room includes a secondary dining area, books by local authors for your reading pleasure, and classic board games.

The place was great and Nathan was very good with communicating with us before we got there and while we were there we had a couple of questions for him to answered all in all the places definitely everything that we wanted the only thing that we saw that could be worked on is the beds should be a little bigger than double beds maybe a queen but all in all we had a wonderful time.

The house and property are picture perfect. Indoors the decor and local touches (real books) are great. The porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. Charming to the Extreme

Entering a vacation rental for the first is always a bit daunting, not knowing what you’re going to see when you walk in door. All I can say is that my wife’s face lit up and stayed that way for the four days we were here. The place is so clean and nicely furnished, it felt just like being at home. Nathan is extremely prompt in his responses. As you can guess, we were extremely pleased.

Cozy holiday retreat

We stayed here over New Years and found the property perfect for our needs. Beyond just meeting the basics we loved the little touches. The Christmas trees and decorations and lights more than doubled our enjoyment of this little cabin by the creek. No fuss, pet friendly, affordable, and in an out of the way location but still close to anything we wanted to see in Ashville. We would stay here again!

You can tell the owners care about this property. I’m quite picky and this place was meticulous. The only thing I would change is having at least one bigger bed. My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms and our daughter slept on the couch because we cannot share a double.

The cottage was the most relaxing place, that we have had the privilege to stay in,in a long while.

The host of this cottage goes above and beyond to welcome their guest. The cottage was everything that you would want for a relaxing stay. It had all the addminities that a guest would want. Hurricane Relief efforts

Not only is this home absolutely beautiful and literally by a creek with beautiful squirrels a beautiful neighborhood the owners have a good Compassionate Heart and the staff is kind and curious making this the perfect getaway right now I'm using it to prep food for the hurricane victims and is absolutely perfect

Tranquil, cozy house

The house was very clean, tranquil, cozy. Love the antique furniture mixed with modern style. The porch was our favorite spot, we loved the hammock. The cars driving by can be a bit noisy at times but we weren’t bothered by it. We watched several deer in the neighbors yards. The floors can be creaky but again it was no big deal to us. It’s a quick 15 min drive to downtown Asheville and 20 mins to Blue Ridge Parkway. We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful house.

All those who visited us fell in love with this little peace of heaven, just like we did. The host made this so easy, so amazing, and has set the bar high for our next location. Great gem!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped, light, bright, and so charming. The owner has put a great deal of care into this home and it really shows. It was perfect for meeting up with my college roommate. We were going for an event in Asheville. Access to Downtown, and West & North Asheville was great since we could access Patton Ave and Riverside Dr within a 5 min drive.
