My family and I stayed over Christmas and the location couldn’t be more perfect, everything was about a 10 minute drive including the Biltmore, Omni resort and downtown. The house was the perfect charming size and everything was very clean and spacious. We were able to have our Christmas dinner with everything in the kitchen and amenities were great. Communication was easy the entire process and couldn’t be happier about our stay, can’t wait to visit again!

This was an ideal rental for our family. Great quiet neighborhood in proximity to our destinations (downtown, Biltmore, WNC nature center). Spent the mornings on the patio! Our kids loved the luxury of having their own tvs in the room. All appliances were great. Enjoy this lovely house!

The property was perfect! We stayed here for my birthday trip and it was an amazing house. It was close enough to downtown that it was an easy Uber ride and also very close to Biltmore village. It was very clean and had all the essentials you could need. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was wonderful. Only minor minor minor issue was the back button on the TV remote in the main room didn’t work so maneuvering the streaming apps on the TV was challenging. All else was wonderful. Everyone’s room was comfortable. Place was warm and cozy.
